Question Posted Tuesday October 17 2006, 3:11 pm

Is there any natural way to increase breast size permanently?
I do not want to gain weight and I do not want to get pregnant.

Other than plastic surgery, there really is no permanent way to increase breast size.

Naturally, the only way I can really suggest is if you start to work out your chest area some more and develop the muscles there so they'll get bigger and stronger and make your chest a little fuller. Also, by wearing tight shirts and buying some padded/push-up bras, it'll give your chest a little more fuller look.

I hope I helped.

Well no.

A padded bra would make it look bigger.
Tight shirts give the an illusion so yeah.

The only thing you can try is that exercise..

No. If there were, then thousands of women would be doing it, and the silicone-implant industry wouldn't exist.

The only thing that might remotely help is to exercise the pectoral muscles, usually by bench-pressing or pushups. This will enlarge the chest muscles under the breasts and will have the effect of pushing them outwards. Fewer repetitions with heavier weights will work best - but in the end, it might not even be notceable. A little exercise never hurt, though, so you might as well try!
