Anytime there's a project that I'm working on for school, I get so stressed out about it until I'm done. It takes me longer than usual to go to sleep, the littlest things irritate me, I get in horrible moods, if I mess up just a little bit I feel like I'm about to cry, and things along the lines of that. If I'm asleep and I suddenly remember that I forgot to do something (It can be anything! It doens't matter.), I can't sleep for the rest of the night because I'm worrying about it. It's just things like that and I get very stressed out about it. Is there something that you can do to hadle it or something you can take to relieve stress?

So i'm exactly like this... keep some paper and a pen by where you sleep and as you remember things that you forgot, write them down so you KNOW you wont forget and you dont waste time thinking about what you might forget to do. try to get it done in one day or do things early so you're not doing it last minute and just work work work!

k so my gf and i were jumping off of our roof on 2 our tramp (imature i know) so she jumps and lands then her shirt flew up giving me a full view of her tits she does not know this but i wish she would where a bra 2 avoid this situation again but i dont know how 2 tell her i mean she is 13 for gods sake.

well some girls don't really need to at 13... especially if she's 13. maybe you should ask her if she wears a bra yet so it's not like hey I saw your boobies, put on a bra, know what i mean? maybe once it gets colder out, she'll wear more clothes and a bra wont be necessary? if it gets really bad, just talk to her about it.

i have really frizzy, pouffy hair and I usually straighten my hair to go to school every day. But it never stays straight! Not even for like an hour after Istraighten it..and I have a Chi which is supposed to be really good. My question is how do I keep my hair straight all day?

what i do is take a shower in the evening and put it up in a ponytail. after its mostly dry, i straighten it and then sleep on it. durng the night it flattens out a little (you can always touch up) and the natural oils flatten it too and then it's ready to go the next morning. that works for me so try it and see if it does for you too.

okay well at my school dances nobody really dances. its more like theyre each others stripper poles. im not really that type of girl who dances like a whore. i dont want to look like an idiot though. what should i do?

you can still grind but not like whore-ishly. dancing is basically all about the attitude. if you look like you're "doing it" on the dancefloor, then yeah, that's gross. but if's not like hardcore butt against crotch action, there's nothing wrong with it. you could also dance slow or with your girlfriends.

ok. For Christmas my mom is getting me a digital camera. My price range is $99-$150 What do you think would be the best kind for me to get?

My mom got me a Photosmart E427 for my birthday... I think it's in that price range since she wouldn't spend ridiculous amounts of money on a `camera. it's small and takes really good pics.

Well, I usually don't ask for anything expensive during the holidays but this year since I'm 17, there's a lot that I feel like I would need. My mom is planning on getting me a car soon (not for christmas but within the next couple of months). So that's kind of a christmas present from her I guess. My parents are divorced and I was planning on asking my dad for a Sidekick 3 phone (along with some CDs), but I don't know if that's asking for too much since I'm getting a car soon. I don't want to be a little spoiled brat. What do you think? Just wait for the phone or ask for both...car from mom and phone from my dad? I know my birthday is an option but that's not until september.

Well your dad isn't paying for the car so I think him getting you one expensive thing- the phone would be fine. the cd's wouldn't be much... or you could get them from friends? I know the feeling of asking for too much but i honestly think you are ok.

Okay,
I absolutley LOVE LOVE LOVE singing, and acting, but my play is this friday and i have the lead role, everyone always talks about that when they perform, they feel really good. How do i get over my fear!! I already had an embarrassment on stage once, i cant do it again. How do i distract myself from the sudience. Tips would be helpful ASAP

it's ok to make mistakes... laugh them off! I fell down the stairs in a big dress the last show i did and spilt "champagne" on myself. i played it off like i was tipsy and it was all good. look above the audience and be calm, you're ok. what i did to have a 'security blanket' was I wrote out a cue card and stuck it in my cami/bra. it had all my entrances and exits.... i put in songs i had each time and the general point of the conversation during the time i was on. it worked like a charm and kept me going.

okay umm last night was homecoming and after homecoming the high school always puts on a dance that lasts till like, 1 in the morning. well, since it was so late i stayed at a friends house so my parents wouldn't have to come pick me up that late/early (whatever way you wanna look at it) because we live out of town. well my friends cousin just happens to be my bf and we (me and my bf) snuck out of my friends house and had sex. well it was my first time and all, and i heard it was supposed to hurt, but it didnt except a little at first. and ive heard about women having 'multiple orgasms'....is it normal to have like, 8? cuz umm thats what happened so what exactly does that mean?

I am not sure what to get for my Grandma this Christmas. She pretty much already has what she wanted (from what my relatives bought her) including a handbag and some clothes. However, I am thinking about giving her clothes or jewelry, but I can't find anywhere that fits her style! She likes the old-fashioned stuff, that probably most other grandmas get into as well. I am looking for links to stores that give reasonable prices ($10-$40)and they are in the Greater Cincinnati area in Ohio. I'll accept stores, links, and online stores, yet I already tried looking at Dillard's, Macy's, Fashion Bug, and JcPenney, unless you wouldn't mind looking it over again.

I don't know how old your grandma is so I'm not really sure where to start. for jewelry, you could try B.Moss. there's one store at Tri county mall, i'm not sure if there's one closer to you. anyway, my mom likes getting jewelry from there and she's pretty conservative. another place is kohls. they have everything. there's a huge tjmaxx downtown and there's usually a lot of jewelry there for pretty good prices.

it could be for a lot of different reasons... the question is hard to read, a hard question, a question that's been answered before or it was just overlooked/ignored. it happens. you can try asking specific columnists. I usually always answer questions sent to my inbox.

okay well yesterday i was at JCPenney and i know this is really really really stupid but my friend stole a bra and she told me to take 2 of them so i did... we took off the tags and everything and we put them in out purses.
