I just downloaded the Netscape Browser. When I go on websites with music (for example, Xangas with background music) the music doesn't play. Is there a way to fix that? Thanks!!

If you already have the appropriate plugins (usually Quicktime / RealPlayer) and the music doesn't play, it's the code and you can't do anything about it... The <embed> tag works in Netscape, but <bgsound> doesn't... If it's one of those drop down playlists that you get on many Xangas, it won't work either...

To put it on the internet, find webspace to upload it (example: http://www.freewebs.com)

To email it, attach the file to the email.

If it's too big, go to http://www.download.com and search for a program that allows you to change the format of the file. You can also use a video editing program to cut sections of the video.

I had to do a 4 page report. Finally after 2 weeks of working on it the report is FINISHED! Only thing is, the proper format is to have your last name and page number on the top of the page, right justified. Yes, I tried to go to view header/footer but it does not allow me to customize the header for each individual page. Example: First page needs to say at VERY TOP [insert my last name here]1, second page [insert my last name here]2, etc. When I go to view header footer, I can't have each page have the number on it. I know there is a way to do this, but I can't remember how. And I don't mean just typing it in at the top of the page because if I go back to edit something, it will move and I don't want to go through having to retype it all. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you =)

If you using Microsoft Word:
Insert > Page Numbers > Choose Top of page (Header)for position and Right for alignment. After that, click on the number and you can type your name in front of it.

To delete all form information, go to Tools > Options > Privacy > Click the Clear button next to Saved Form Information.

If you want to remove individual entries, go to the drop down box, mouse over the entry you want to remove and press Shift + Delete.

i have my party in 2 weeks and my period is supposed to come on that day! it would be horrible because there will be swimming ..! im desperate to delay it...if i dont drink anything for 5 days...or keep it very minimal..do you think it will delay my period? wont the body naturally not allow my period to come on time so it will keep the extra fluid? any way i can delay my period? dont say birth control because that wont delay it for another 2 months..it takes time or something for it to work..

If you don't drink anything for 5 days, you'd probably be very sick, if not dead. There probably isn't a way to delay your period, but you can still swim during your period if you use a tampon. Also, even if you don't use a tampon, the blood won't come out when you're in the water because of the water pressure. Just change (and wear a pad or tampon) as soon as possible after you get out of the water.

wow i've been asking so many questions about ipods.. lol anyway.. i have all my songs on limewire but how do i get them on my ipod? people are like use media player or real one player but how do i transfer my songs from limewire to one of them?

Check your Limewire settings to see where the songs are downloaded to, then go to that folder and enqueue all of them in iTunes. After that, connect your iPod and open iTunes. You should be able to see what you have in the iPod from iTunes and you can add the songs that you've just enqueued from there.

The music on my column isn't working!"Music by www.starlightmks.com is written but the music isn't working

looking at the code from starlightmks.com, the <bgsound> tag is used. I don't think that the <bgsound> tag is blocked on columns, but it only works in Internet Explorer, so it won't work if you're using something else like Firefox or Opera... Also, it might be a problem with the server that hosts the file... I wouldn't recommend having music on your column anyway...

Try GIF Construction Set Professional (http://www.mindworkshop.com/alchemy/gifcon.html) It's shareware, but you can use it even after the trial period is over.

There's also the GIMP (http://gimp.org/), which allows you to apply special effects to images (like in Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro), as well as make animations. It's free.

Of course, if you don't want to download anything, you can turn the clock on your computer back to when you've just downloaded Animation Shop 3.

You can't do that, you'll have to delete them individually... You can turn off your guestbook at http://www.xanga.com/private/editaccount.aspx, but the comments will still be there if you turn it back on...
