looking at the code from starlightmks.com, the <bgsound> tag is used. I don't think that the <bgsound> tag is blocked on columns, but it only works in Internet Explorer, so it won't work if you're using something else like Firefox or Opera... Also, it might be a problem with the server that hosts the file... I wouldn't recommend having music on your column anyway...

The Admin banned the script and embed tags so if the code has a < script > in it, then the music won't work. You really don't need music on your column either.
