How do I get my downloads to be playable? I have them saved in a folder, but I do I get to use them during play??

I Rate High!! Plz, I really need to know!

Hey okay to be able to play it it should already be in the game. thats what happened to mine when i played and downloaded things. search for it in the game like you would normally if you were to purchase things. hope i helped take care =) x3 SweetStar.
