i can only sleep if i cry myself to sleep. i usually am asleep around 4-5am and wake up at 6;30 or dont sleep. just lay there and cry yourself to sleep. or just work and dont sleep. or just relax i dono if others can do that but i usually dont get much sleep at all but in fine

thats my life and im only 13 3 months ago. just try to stop cutting. it took me forever. stopping cutting is the hardest ever i no. just think how much people your hurting. when i was i thought absolutly nobody. but so many people in my life now died mainly from cancer and suicide. my cousins who died from cancer loved their life and they died they loved everyone and everything in it. but my other cousins and friends who died from suicide hated life killed theirself and hurt everyone. because they didnt care. stop cutting even if its hard i no it is but life will get better alot of people told me that and i got so mad i thought they had no idea but i do ive done it all and been through it all. i rated everyone one who told me that but now it starting to get better life still sucks but i found 3 people who care for me. i rated ones to everyone who said go to a counselor. i say dont go to a counselor their just annoying and i hated it sooo much i just left walked home. what you can do is scream the livin daylight out. right a journal. scream with music i like evanescence. the song tourniquet is about cutting i was listening to it when i started i thought shes just singing because shes depressed. but shes singin because she was cutting and bleeding to death and praying to god. a line is my god my tourniquet return to me salvation. a line is i tried to kill the pain but only brought more. dieing praying bleeding and sreaming. i noticed that and i started trying to stop. because at that time i cut deep and i regreted it soooo much. i even posted the question on here search for tourniquet or cutting in the search questions it will help the answers i got. people will miss you if you die the next day people you didnt even really know or thought cared. let it all out scream along with evanescence. draw death i saw how bad it was after(stupid i no but it really helped). cry your eyes out till you cry no more. im gothic even and people cared for me i thought everyone hated me and all goths but its no true. hope i helped

pick you two favorite colors or just colors youd want in your room. then with one paint the walls solid that color. then the other color use that and white or black and get like pokadots or striped patterned material. use it over your window and dresser. get bead curtains with thoes colors and pattern. get a rug with the colors and pattern. then put up alot of pictures you took or of people and posters of bands. thats what i just did for my room. hope i helped it ends up lookin great.

im redoing my room now so far i love it. i have dark purple walls. black and white pokadotted curtains, pokadotted bedspread, bead curtains with a pokadotted pattern on it, and pokadotted material i put over my dresser. evanescence posters and pictures of stuff. it sounds like alot of pokadots but it doesnt look it i love it so far. just pick your two favorite colors and paint your walls one and the other put with white in a pokadotted pattern. i love it.
