well i would say the first and easiest way would talk to a close friend or parent(s).
if you are still in school, a counselor.
a job/insurance may pay for you to have a few visits with a counselor.
if all of those are not options.. im always a good listener you could talk to me.

okay so im a freshman dating a junior, meaning im going to junior prom. and its this weekend. im so stressed. anyways i got my dress and shoes and now im looking at hair styles, but i was wondering is there anything else i need to do? like a corsage? or whatever it is hahaha i need help im so nervous! thank you

well you dont need to worry about the corsage, your boyfriend needs to get that for you, but i guess you need to make sure he knows that and that it matches your dress.
really just i would say plan out a schedule for that day so you dont end up frantic for time and that everything is planned out.

i have no idea who i am. that sounds weird but like i dont know waht i like and what i dont. i feel like i do things to please other people but i dont know if i like it or dont. i mean it can be as simple as is i like what im eating. haven't you noticed in school how every year some people come to school dressed in a different styles, they go from 'prep' to 'punk'.
its because everyone your age is trying to figure out who they are.
you really shouldn't bug to much on it, i would just have to say try everything to find out what you like to help you find who you are. it may take awhile, but i asure you, you will find out.

First of all is it Betta or Beta?

I have had a Beta fish as a pet for 5 years. I'm actually surprised that he has survived this long. I moved from California to Ohio and flew him over in an airtight container. We've been in Ohio for about 3 years now. The flight didn't seem to phase him.

A few months ago, we moved into a new house. Since the move, it seems like his demeanor has changed. He's always been pretty chill - he usually will rest in his bowl in one spot. But he would also get excited. When I would come up to the bowl and talk to him he would swim up to me and swim around and look happy.

Now, he really just sits in one spot al of the time and doesn't move. Today I noticed that that the back half of his body doesn't seem to be working. It almost looks as if it's paralyzed. His appearance isn't that great either, but that's been a slow decline, just as time has passed. Parts of his scales and fins are faded...

Anyways. If I were sick and dying - I would want someone to put me out of my misery.... but in case I could help him, I'd like to try. There's no way on earth I'm "flushing" him...

Any advise?

i have my prom coming up in 2 weeks & a day i just cuts my nails yesterday because they were horrendous not realizing prom is 2 weeks away being stupid.. but now i want them to grow really long are there any ways i can do this in 2 weeks ? help ASAP!

this may sound a little odd, but prenatal vitamins. there is something in them that make your nails and hair grow as well as making your hair shiny.

a couple of weeks ago or so i was 10 pounds lighter than i am now. i used to obsess over my weight and every little thing that i was putting in my mouth because i hated the way i looked.

i only did it for like 3 weeks if that, but then i started eating unhealthy again, so now i gained all my weight back and i feel disgusting.

what can i do to keep my weight off in a way that wont be me not want to eat? because i didnt like having to worry about everything i was eating, thanks

you just need to increase your physical activity. i don't know if you work out now. but just cut back on the calories you take in now not a whole lot and work out more than you do now.

I would have to say some type of jewlery. Such as a necklace or ring. But don't get anything with a graduation hat because you want it to be something she would want to wear for a long time. So make it like a butterfly or anything she really likes.

if you are seriously getting a tattoo, something you will have the rest of your life (unless you get it removed which is very painful)

alright, so i have been a veggie for about five years, and i didnt notice anything wrong. but in the past two years my body has been acting different. a year and half ago i was diagnosed with anemia. i had lower and low iron, and i had to take pills so i would have energy. i've been taking blood tests every 4 months since, and they say i've been getting better. Also i've really noticed, with in the past two years, hair loss, or thinning. i never really had thick hair, but it's gotten to be so thin and you can see it on the bathroom floor, it's really gross. it'll fall out when i brush it, wash it, blowdry it, straighten it. anything. i use heat protector aswell.

so my question is .. has anyone gone through this as well? mainly the hair thinning part. and who should i go talk to? when i talk to my mom my mom says "cause you dont eat" and i do. i eat a lot. and my doctor says "we'll run some tests" but we never do. is there a certain doctor that i should see? thank you.

I'm a vegan, so I know just what your going through, my hair did the same thing.
What you need to start doing is taking a daily vitamin (preferably one thats vegetarian). Because what it is, is that your not getting the right nutrition in your diet.

Why are you always calling girls sluts? I agree that young girls shouldn't be having sex, I didn't lose my virginity until 18, but if anyone even mentions sex on here, you call them a slut. Thats totally not true. I only call them sluts if they are 14, or if they are talking about having a fuck buddy.

As of Friday, i've been real sick. I took a nap all afternoon, and when i woke up I felt all dizzy. the only time i would feel good is when i have my head down. and right when i get up, i feel all dizzy again. then at points i kept gagging, but never threw up. and i kept burbing alot too.. until yesterday, i started having real bad diahrea, and my dizzyness and gagging has slowed down. but im still getting much headaches and stomach aches... does anyone know what is wrong with me?

my mom has just been telling me to take some medicine.. and that doesnt even work!

You might just have the flu.
The reason your getting dizzy is because its your bodys way of telling you to rest. (Thats what my doctor told me two years ago when I passed out when I had the flu.)
So just stay in bed and get lots of rest. Don't forget to take vitamin C.
Try to not each much meat, because it takes alot of energy for your body to break meat down and you need that energy to get well.
