i have no idea who i am. that sounds weird but like i dont know waht i like and what i dont. i feel like i do things to please other people but i dont know if i like it or dont. i mean it can be as simple as is i like what im eating. ANYTHING. basically i dont know myself, and when people say just be yourself i dont know what myself is... ugh its fustrating.
im 15/f if that counts for anything.
and i really wouldnt like some help.
Through exepriences you will find the person you are. Your parents give you morals but you will see the world and make your own inferences and create your own ethics. You will make mistakes and at times dissapoint yourself but by observing yourself and thinking about the things you want you will slowly discover who you are and who you want to be.
Don't just find yourself - creat yourself. Experiment. Try out different hobbies - sports, art, poetry, academic clubs, playing an instrument etc. You may enjoy many of these things but you will find some things make you feel happier and focus on what makes you happiest. Same for clothes and food, experiment, You will find you like things that are unqiue and that you would have never tried before.
Don't worry, during the next years you will find yourself and create yourself. Eve f you don't want to, with every chance you take or accomplismeant you reac or every mistake you make you will klearn more about yourself and decide who you want to be and find yourself and make yourself.

haven't you noticed in school how every year some people come to school dressed in a different styles, they go from 'prep' to 'punk'.
its because everyone your age is trying to figure out who they are.
you really shouldn't bug to much on it, i would just have to say try everything to find out what you like to help you find who you are. it may take awhile, but i asure you, you will find out.
really hope i helped. [ jean_nicole's advice column | Ask jean_nicole A Question ]
