a couple of weeks ago or so i was 10 pounds lighter than i am now. i used to obsess over my weight and every little thing that i was putting in my mouth because i hated the way i looked.
i only did it for like 3 weeks if that, but then i started eating unhealthy again, so now i gained all my weight back and i feel disgusting.
what can i do to keep my weight off in a way that wont be me not want to eat? because i didnt like having to worry about everything i was eating, thanks
