i graduated high school last year (2005) i have been with the same friends all through high school, but once i graduated i started hanging out with a totally different group of people. my highschool chums tried to stop it but it couldn't be stopped, ive bin hanging out with my new friends for the past 2 years, but a few months ago my high school friends started calling me again and stuff. my new friends are ok with me hanging out with them, but i keep turning them down, i would feel weird hanging out with people i just left without saying why, im afraid if i do they will just outcast me and keep asking why i left their group. i want to start talking and hanging out with them again, but how should i do it? i really dont know what to do.. please help

just start out slow and work your way up! call one of them and be like "hey you want to hang out? go to a movie or something and catch up?" and just see how it goes and let me know. also i really dont think your "new"friends would have a problem with it (like you said) it just takes you warming up to the idea! =)

I've noticed that everytime I run,jog or walk in the morning when there is a chilly breeze, my legs get really itchy to the point that I can't stand it. I go home and I scratch till my legs are raw and red. I put water on it and it helps but not alot. Is there any thing I can do to prevent this? What is it? and is there any medication I can take to help the itching? Also, does that happen to a lot of people or is this just me? Thanks! I really appreciate it.

I have this problem when i run and havent run for a while, my coach just told me that its the blood rushing to the surface and nothing to worry about, but it does itch like no other!

I want to lose weight, and I know how to go about it, healthy food.. and all that junk.. only one problem. I can't motivate myself to do it. I always end-up not doing it. Does anyone know of some good motivators.. that would help me with something... I REALLY want to lose this weight..

Do you have a certain celebrity you admire or someone, you can have a picture and no you probably wont get exact results like the person in the picture, but thats a good motivator. or just think how changed/better you would look in the future =)

So, I have this boyfriend of 4 months. But now I want to break it off. But I just don't know what to say. I really don't want to hurt him, but.....idk. aww i know what you mean. do it personally, over the phone and internet is pretty lame, so do it face to face and just tell him the honest truth, maybe hes getting too serious about you and you arent really ready to settle down you know? but tell him you still want to be friends [[if you still do, dont say it if you dont want to]] it probably will hurt the guys feelings but he will eventually get over it and move on. hope i helped, drop one in my inbox if you need anything else.=)

Well, at the moment i feel sick with a thumping headache, and the past few days ive had a headache. Tomorrow night im going toa party and i really wanna have a good time (i.e i dont wanna have a thumping headache).
Are there any things i can do that will make me feel fresh and healthy by tomorrow night?

maybe try seeing a doctor? if you cant then im sure a good nights sleep will help, try going to bed early or something. and sleep with an icepack on your head [[that always helps me]]

Well you cant just spot reduce and get rid of something in just one area, so if you do cardio (something to get your heart rate up) and then maybe try push ups (the girly way or standard way) you can tone up your arms =) but you need to be consistent.

i know its a bad idea to pop a pimple, but what is the safest way to do it so that it won't cause more acne or scar?

make sure you dont have long nails because that can damage your skin more, after you pop it to keep it from scarring bad dont pick at it and just leave it, also after you pop it get a piece of ice or frozen spoon and hold it there for alittle bit and make sure you dont touch your face after doing it, to prevent spreading. =)

alright so me and this girl have been the best of friends since 1st grade. we were seriously inseperable up until about a month and a half ago. i think she has changed so much. for the first time we started partying and we met some new friends over spring break. well now she has been skipping school..shes failing the 10th grade. she doesnt do any work..she did have a problem with drinking but then she quit drinking as much. she yells at her parents and cusses them out if they ask her to help around the house. well lately its like i cant stand her. at first i like this guy alot and i started talking to him first but then he started liking her cause she was flirting with him constantly and they started hanging out and she made out with him and she knew that i really really liked him. she flirts with every guy that comes along. my other friend liked a guy and my best friend did stuff with him. on top of all that its like if i say something stupid she blows up on me and says "fuck you" and cusses me out even more. it seems like everyday we get into a small argument. like today.. we were in the lunch line and my friend asked how this guy we know found out about her and another guy and i said " well she might have told him" and my best friend blew up on me saying "i didnt fucken tell him so dont go blaming shit on me..you fucking always say and ask stupid shit" its like i cant stand her anymore. i dont want to lose her as a friend but i seriously think i am starting to hate her. and im not the only one that feels like this. 3 of her other friends feel the same way. what should i do?!?!?!? Eeek. im sorry to hear this, i think the best thing is maybe try and take a break from her for a little while. ask yourself is this someone you really want to be involved with, and does a true friend treat someone that way? you could also try to talk to her and maybe she will open up to you, because im thinking something is bothering her and causing her to act out. =)

Okay, here's the deal. I'm 14/F and recently I've developed a, dare I say it, crush on this guy. He's nice, funny, smart, and sure he may not be the cutest thing in the world, but he has cute hair lol. yeah i think it is normal, but when you pull it out [[sorry to be graphic]] is it all bloody or just a little? because if it isnt used to its full absorbency then that might be why and you would need to switch to a lower absorbency.

What is the age ( or around the age) that you have to start getting your vagina examined by a doctor?

Can the doctor tell if you've have sex before? Would the excuse "I pushed a tampon in too far" work?

Are doctors allowed to tell your parents you've been having sex if you dont want them to?

usually you get a pap smear (examination) when you are 18 or sexually active and no the doctor cant tell if you have had sex or not unless you tell them. i do believe everything is kept between yall unless you give them permission.

Well i know if i were in your shoes, i would ask then my parents would want to meet the guy, so bring him by the house or invite him and someother people over to your house and introduce him. daddys are ususally very protective of their girls, i would know because my parents sat down with me and my boyfriend( at the time) and had the sex talk, when i had no intentions of doing it and had expressed that to them.

You said it yourself sister. So If you are too nervous to ask him, do you know any of his good friends? ask them to find out who you like. or maybe if you are comfortable and say you are joking around one day or online or something and just say it "so who do you like?" and maybe he will come right out and say it or get you to play the guessing game. im thinking if its the guessing game he does like you, or if hes like "im not gonna tell you", it most likely is you.
