That probably means there isn't enough blood on the tampon, so leave it in for longer.

It's perfectly normal. Because you just started, you aren't used to the tampon being inserted and pulled out of you. As time goes on, you won't feel it as much. This could also mean, there isn't enough blood on the tampon, which just means you should try going with a lighter flow tampon. Hope this helps.

You might be wearing the wrong size. Check to see if you can get a smaller size. You may have to change it more often, which is healthier anyway, but it won't hurt when you pull it out as much. If your in the smallest size available, then you may want to let it saturate a little more before pulling it out. The whole thing is an uncomfortable experience anyway. Best wishes to you in this new venture in life.

it feels like that either you are a tight cherry <tight inside> or that you could not be used to it or that the tampon is to small for you there are diffrent reasons see if any of the examples go towards you well GOODLUCK !!

i hope this helps

yeah i think it is normal, but when you pull it out [[sorry to be graphic]] is it all bloody or just a little? because if it isnt used to its full absorbency then that might be why and you would need to switch to a lower absorbency.
