you should eat healthy food with vitamins and calcium, and what also helps is to whenever you shampoo your hair, massage your head for about a min or two while youre washing it.
you should also trim your hair every few months so you wont get split ends.
try not to blow dry your hair or straighten it or curl it or put much heat on your hair, cause that will damage it.
if you want to blow dry your hair or straighten it or something, then you should buy this thing by Paul Mitchell called skinny serum or something like that i cant really remember the name that has like a lime green top, and its meant to protect your hair from heat. if you cant find that, then just buy anything thats meant to protect your hair, but you should try to look for Paul Mitchell cause thats the best brand.

you're able to get married as young as you want, but you need parents permission to get married, and im sorry hun but i guarantee you that your parents and his parents will not let you two get married.
you also shouldnt get engaged so young, because when youre so young you really dont know what love is.
whats the point of rushing into things when your still so young? just stay with him but dont make any commitments, because what would happen if you got engaged but wanted to break up?

hun, im sorry cause i know you dont wanna hear this, but at age 14, you really dont know what love is.
but i guess that doesnt really matter for you, so what you should do is try to get over him and move on, because he lives too far away, so you cant even meet him except on vacations.
try to find other guys and talk to them and flirt with them and try to get them to ask you out.
dont ask him if he has feelings for you, because if he does, then thatll make you wanna meet him and be with him even more, and you know you cant.
just try to get over him and just be friends with him but move on to other guys.

i have hair like above the edges of my mouth and right beside the corners of my mouth,and under my bottom lip(not alot there just a tiny bit) but for the hair at the corners and above my lips(at the ends) how can i get it to go away? besides shaving because wont that make it grow faster ? and tweezing because it takes to long.and waxing because i cant go get it waxed or buy strips.

well shaving, waxing, and tweezing really are the only ways to make it go away.
i would stick with shaving, just like get a small razor and shave it off every other day or so, and its not that much trouble because its a really small amount, so it wont even take a minute.
just do it in the shower or something and grab a mirror so you can see what youre doing.

so yea just flirt with a lot of guys and be physical with them like touch their arm and stuff.

my parents are normaly pretty cool about stuff but i have a good [guy] friend who lives realllly far away so when he comes over i want him to stay over night. they say no because theyre paranoid or whatever. i wouldnt dare do anything with him, but its retarded to make him leave the day he comes down and im pretty sure he wouldnt be able to stay anywhere else. can anyone help me think of valid points to say to them? ive tried telling them the fact that he lives far away and stuff and they just arent listening to it. thanks in advance. you should tell them that you know that theyre worried about you and everything, but theyre being a little paranoid because theres really nothing to worry about.
tell them that they need to trust you, and that hes like your best friend and he lives so far away so you dont get that many chances to see him and its a lot of trouble for him to leave the day he gets to your house.
then tell them if theyre really still worried, then he can sleep in the living room on the couch or something and you can sleep in your room so you wont be anywhere near him when your parents arent around at night.
if theyre worried youll sneak into the living room to be with him while theyre asleep, tell them that you can like bring a sleeping bag into their room and sleep there just for that night so that theyll know you wont sneek out or anything.

I am a golfer and i have the cutest clothes to wear for it. I can't wear them because i sweat too much .. mostly my lower back which drips down and shows around my beltine/below
how do i stop sweating there? or any tricks to help this? and please dont say go to the doctor.

ok i have a friend that had the same problem. she would start sweating a lot that it would even start to drip, and she would sweat for no reason, even when she wasnt playing sports.
this thing that you have is called hyperhidrosis, which is wear you start sweating a lot for no reason.
search on the internet for medicine for hyperhidrosis, and order it and see if it helps.
if it doesnt help it, then the only thing you can do is go to the doctor, and he can get you some medicine for it.

well of course everyone gets jealous of people dating their ex sometimes, because even i do, and its even worse if he starts dating your friends.
you just have to get past that cause its no use being jealous over something like that.
try to take your mind off of him, by getting a new bf.
flirt with diff guys, find a crush, and try to make him ask you out.
if that doesnt work, then maybe you still have feelings for him and you might wanna get back together with him.
if you dont wanna get back together with him but your still jealous and you just cant help it, then your friends will understand if you dont want them to go out with him.
its pretty much understood by everyone that you dont date your friends' exboyfriends, so they probably wont date him, or if they want to theyll ask you first if they can.
if they ask you, tell them the truth, that you feel uncomfortable with them dating him, and that you get a little jealous first.
dont worry, it just takes some time to get over your ex, just find someone else that you like, and that should help.

Okay. Well this summer I've been going to bed around 2:30 - 3:00 a.m. and I've been wakeing up around noon. And for school I got to wake up at like 5:30
And I tryed the whole alarm thing. And I dont wake up to it AT ALL. So how will I get used to wakeing up so early?

i have the same problem every summer.
just start going to bed earlier about the same time you would if you had school, and then it'll be easier to wake up at 5:30.
you cant just do it all in one day, first go to bed at like 12, then the next day like 30 mins or an hour earlier, and keep doing that until you get to the time you go to sleep for school.
then wake up at like 8 or 9, then the next day like 7, then 6, then try getting up at 5 30.
the earlier you go to sleep, the easier it is for you to get up in the morning.

heyy dont worry about it, because i used to have the same problem. i would like a guy and want a bf really badly so i would go out with him then dump him soon after because i would stop liking him the next day.
the way i got over it was that i just kept dating him even if i found a problem with him, and i only paid attention to the good things about him.
just pick a guy you really like, and even if you decide you dont like him the next day, just stay with him for a while longer and give him a chance.

my sister wore super red nail polish and when she erased it (and yes she did it good because my aunt used to work at the nail salon so she has everything at home) her nails were like pinkish red.
What's wrong? she scrubbed really hard and stuff but it just stays that colour (link)

dont worry, nothings wrong with her nails. sometimes dark colored nailpolish stains the nails a little, so next time i suggest she uses a base coat before applying the nail polish.
the stain will come off by itself in about a week or so.
