really, its hard. but it works. its the only way to get over someone.

i know this will probably be hard, but you need to ask him if he still has feelings for you. dont tell him you have feelings for him until he answers you first though.
if he doesnt have feelings for you, then you should move on and find someone better than him that loves you too.
if he does have feelings for you, then tell him you still love him also, and you wanna try to work things out and get back together again.
