i would go an all nighter 3 days before school starts. But do it with a friend so when one of you falls asleep (if you can't handle it) take an hour nap and then your friend will wake you up. Don't take too many "naps" though because then ill eb your sleep. And then offically get up around 5:30 or 6:00 in the morning and do something. Get up dressed and maybe walk to the nearest doughnut shop. That is if you live by one. or take a walk around the block. Try not to fall asleep all day. And it wont be that hard if you hang out with poeple that had their rest. Because they're going to be all energized. And then you'll be soo tired that you'll be able to fall asleep around 9:00- 10:00 and dont for get to set your alarm clock in the morning. Dont make it for %:30 unless you think you can wake up that early. I'd set it for around 7:30 so you get a good nights rest. I guarentee that you'll hear it his time

p.s. sorry about the typos i'm in a hurry lol

Well there are several things you can do, but the most important thing right now is to start going to bed earlier. Every night try going to bed 30 mins earlier. Eventually try to get down to 10:30-11:00 PM. Also, keep using an alarm. You could also get a family member or sibling to help you wake up earlier. They could do that by turning a lamp on in your room, telling you, etc. You need to get a routine down and stick to it.

Good luck!

What I would do is pull an all-nighter two nights before school, that will work.. thats usually what I do. but if you don't think you will be able to, then don't try it.. It takes a lot of will power to stay awake all night.

i have the same problem every summer.

just start going to bed earlier about the same time you would if you had school, and then it'll be easier to wake up at 5:30.

you cant just do it all in one day, first go to bed at like 12, then the next day like 30 mins or an hour earlier, and keep doing that until you get to the time you go to sleep for school.

then wake up at like 8 or 9, then the next day like 7, then 6, then try getting up at 5 30.

the earlier you go to sleep, the easier it is for you to get up in the morning.

Hey, I just answered this question =]
I'll copy & paste my answer:
"Well, what I would do it gradually start going to sleep earlier and earlier. Rather than 1 o clock, tonight go to bed at 2:00. Then tommorow try 1:30, then the next day 1:00 and so forth until you go to bed at the time you're aiming for. Gradually increase because your body needs to adjust to the time changes.
Then, start waking up earlier. You really only need 8-9 hours of sleep a night, but some people (like myself) prefer more. This is fine unless you're getting around 13-14-15ish hours, which can cause your body to get really tired then really hyper and go all out of whack. Trust me, it's not fun.
Fall into a routine once you've started going to bed at your ideal time. Every night go to bed at the same time, and wake up at the same time. Your body should get used to it. Then hopefully, you won't feel like you're wasting your days."

Good Luck! =]
