Hmm.. What kind of advice can I give?
Any kind you'd like. Advice on relationships (all types) Getting out of trouble(my specialty) Sarcasim is always fun.
Giving advice is something I do best, I'll awnser any question you'd like, unless they're stupid and extremely pointless ones.
About me?- I like playing basketball, I'm still in Highschool, doing things that will get me in trouble, but always being good enough to get out of it.
My friends mean the world to me, without them I don't know what'd I do.
I could go on, but I don't think I will.

I keep my computer on pretty much 24 hours a day. It doesn't really seem to be a problem. But earlier today I went to check my computer and it had a blue tint over everything. It has done this before, but last time I just refreshed the desktop, and it went back to normal. This time, I've tried refreshing it and restarting it and it doesn't seem to want to go back to normal. I don't know what I did to make it go blue, and it's a very pretty blue, but I would like to have my normal screen back.

Does anyone have any idea what could be going on?

It's fine, mine did that too for a few days, no matter what I did it didn't go away during that time. But within a few days it was gone, just be sure to turn it off at night, give it a rest so to speak, that will probably help speed things up.

how do i prevent the red razor bumps on my bikini line from coming when i shave? and how do i get a very close shave to where you cant even tell there is hair there? i want it all gone but everytime i shave it just turns red and gets razor burn.

Honestly, the only way you're really going to get it to be smooth, is if you wax it. If you want it as close as you can get to smooth, get a brand new razor, use plenty of shaving cream. That will help it. Also, try shaving the other way. You don't get bumps, but it also doens't really shave it that well.

hello. i'm going into 7th grade and i weigh 153. i'm 5'3". i want to run cross country, but i don't want to get a physical cause you get weighed. for one reason, my mom is skinny and is always preaching to loose weight and i did, 5lbs. reason two, i don't want the coachs, and definatley other runners to see it. what should i do? I only have till next thursday. please help. i rate HIGH!

It shouldn't be about your wight... Don't worry about that. If it's something you want to do then go for it. If anything, they're your teammates, and they'll support you a 100%. Your teammates can't see how much you weigh, just the coaches. If you can run long distance that won't matter at all to them.
And if you do cross country I gaurentee that you'll lose weight, it's a tough sport and it's all about conditioning, it'll be good for you.

For the past few months, I have had a very uncomfortable pain around my tailbone.

It's mostly when I'm sitting a certain way. And I'm not entirely sure why and when it started but it bothers me.

I'm afraid this could mean something awful. My uncle told me that it could be cancer and, although he was 'joking', I was scared. What if it is?

Anyways. I'm afraid to go to a Doctor because I'm very uncomfortable with people touching me and, of course, he'll have to see my...butt. (Yes, I said butt...XD) Anyways...It makes me really uncomfortable to have someone, even a professional, touch me. But I'm afraid that if I don't go to the doctor, and it's something serious, I'll end up getting really sick and/or dying.

Thank you, in advance, for your help. This may seem silly, I know. I understand that I will get a lot of 'Just go to the freaken doctor, dumbass' but...it's really not quite that simple.

Alright, I forgot the name of it, but it's probably a case where you cracked your tailbone, or bruised it. When you go to the doctor they're going to have to take some x-rays, if it is something like that, I really can't remember what it's called..but they might have to do surgery on it. You NEED to go to the doctor. You won't die I don't think, but you're going to be in extreme discomfort for a long time, and can possibly create further problems, If you ask me it again in my inbox, I'll have the awnser to what it's called for you.. I just have to go look it up. Let me know if you need more information.

Well, I don't think that there's any bad way to give a blow job.It's something nobody really wants to do I think. And if you don't want him to tell his friends then that's what you gotta tell him. 11 months is a long time, I'm sure he'll listen to you.

You've been going out with him for 2 years... I don't think he'd break up with you, if you didn't already suspect somethign was up. Don't listen to anyone else, just him. The guy more than likley does want you to break up with him, but 2 years is far too long to do something like that. Don't listen to anyone else but your boyfriend on this, he's the only one who would know that awnser for sure.

This is not really a question, but a request...

Can we please stop it with the "I rate" and "Rate me!" crap? Are getting ratings THAT important to you? Does it somehow make your life complete? This site isn't a game, people... ratings are not for keeping score. There is no competition - just advice. The ratings are supposed to be for keeping the bad advice off the site, much like we have the moderators in place to help keep the really bad questions off the site.

I mean, when I see a question that says "I rate!" in the body or even subjet of it, it just screams "OMG! PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ME!!!!!!" It is getting kind of pathetic, as we're seeing it ALL THE TIME!

I wish I wasn't so late to read this sooner. I couldn't agree more! Seeing "I rate" "Plz Rate" question's is almost as bad as seeing "I'm 5'1 and weigh 95lbs.. am I fat?"
It's so rediculous. It would be awesome if everytime someone asked that stupid question they got banned for 5 days, that'd make me very happy.

My dog has been sleeping a lot more during the day than usual and i dunno why. She isn't feeling up to going out to play or anything either. I am worried. Will this stop soon? She is 9 years old though and she is healthy too. What is wrong?

Well, it probably means that she's sick. My dog is full of life, but when he gets sick, all he wants to do is go hide in a corner and sleep. Tell your folks that you don't think your dog's feeling well and maybe if she doesn't get more active within a few days to go get a check up on her.
If there's nothin wrong with her, it simply means she's aging, nothing wrong with that, just give her plenty of excersize and keep her active!

I'm worried about my friend- she isn't saying much anymore- like usually she'll talk all the time, but now she'll occasionally say "yeah" "okay" "maybe" "i dunno" she like doesn't say anything else besides that. I asked her if sumthin was botherin' her but she said no. I hope she isn't hiding something from me. What do u think is up?

Maybe she's just frustrated, I know you want to help but in those situations it usually MIGHT annoy them, if they don't want to tell about what's going on.The best thign you can do, is let her know that you're there for her and all she has to do is ask. I'd leave it at that or it might turn into something you don't wnat to happen.

Man, I agree with you a 100%... and if anyone wants to know what they should do if they like a guy, go to the help..FAQ's list.. there will be your awnser..and if you still want to ask it on here, you're going to get the same awnser.. OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

Tell the people who can do something about it..their parent's. And if the little ones are getting out of control and trying to be definate, take away things when they're bad..and when they're good..give it back. Make a system like that out, it works.

grr.. its soo annoying. My dad always lets people we dont even know like stay in our house and in our room. I guess we get involved with that through our church and stuff.. but ne way my mom does bible study and of course all the lazy people have to make it at our house every week. And they come early too! It stresses my mom out but she insists it doesnt bother her... and now my dads lending my laptop out to somebody for a week... and my regular comp like died on me and doesnt work... i need my laptop and he wont even give up his and my moms... no b/c hes not suffering cause he doesnt even use the computer. He always says hes helping people but than he spares me.... and everytime I try to confront him he gaves me an attitude and says Im not loving or sharing or giving or something like that. And I am all these things.. but common! You can let someone borrow like a T-shirt, a fruit bowl, but you dont lend your LAPTOP.... and also its really annoying cause during finals month I had stupid people I didnt know staying in my house... 8 people... who at 10 o clock at night were screaming at their little kids... while i was trying to rest up. And also they had a 6 month old... and this hasnt been the 1st or last time... at least he hasnt done that recently.. but giving up my laptop. Put it this way nothings mine is this house... I own not one thing... my room... FORGET IT! I dont own it.. b/c I dont have the last say in what happens with it or who uses it. How the hell do i end the torture... I own nothing in my life.. the only thing I have control over is my actions. Im not a control freak but i would like a bit of control... help if you can.. but give it some thought b/c I really need some HONEST SERIOUS MAJOR HELP.

Really, I don't think your dad is going to give you much respect out of this. He thinks he's doing somethign good, helping people out and stuff like that. He doesn't think about your feelings and how it's effecting you. The only thing you really can do is try to get him to see that he's putting other people before you. And Talk to him... you don't have to be like dad "I want this to stop all otgether" but maybe if you just told him to cut it down a little bit, especially during the important times that you need some quiet. As for him lending out your lab top, I doubt he'd change his mind but that is going somewhat overboard. Talk to your mom about it, maybe if your father isn't listening to you, she will...and since they're married and both adults and all of that, maybe he'd take in to consideration about what she says...

about 5 years ago my grandmother died from lung cancer. before i was born my grandfother also dies from lung cancer. about 6 years ago my other gradfather died from pancreas cancer. Now when i see my father smoking and my friend chris smoking and drinking it worries me that they will leave me soon. I constanly cry when chris talks about getting blazed and my father smokes because i dont want the same thing to happen to them. then i just stand on the side lines and feel like i cant do anything about it. is there anything i can do to help them or not make it so hurtful for me to be around them?

It will probably be hard to get them to stop, they're both addicted to it. The only thing you can really do is ask them to stop, and maybe take them to a place where they show people what smoking does to their lungs, it probably won't make them quit, but it'll make them think.
The only thing you can do is keep encouraging them to quit, I think you'll have a better shot with Chris on helping him out, he's stil young and probably not as addicted, and parents are stubborn.
But DON'T stop encouraging them to quit!! Eventually, they'll hopefully listen.

Oh DEFINATLY not. If he's saying things like "hey sexy" he's taking it way too far. Definatly you should tell your mom, and let her know how uncomfortable that makes you feel whenever he says things like that. If you think he'll ever try to take it a step further definatly do something about it. This is the man that your mom is going to marry! Him saying something like that isn't being flattering,that's taking it too far.

Hello. My name's Amanda and I'm 15 and from New York. I've loved the spotlight since I was a very little girl and I can't think of a time when I wasn't entertaining someone. My main interests are dancing and acting but I also do a lot of singing and modeling too. I remember being a little girl and singing and dancing around the house and I'm always getting complimented on my acting and modeling skills, haha. Of course I don't want to sound like I'm bragging but it's just the truth and I want you to know the truth before you go and give me advice. Anyways, I've been taking dance classes since I was about 5 or so and when I was in 3rd grade I started singing in a children's choir along with getting vocal training. I sung in the choir untill I was 13 and now I've moved on to other things. I'm searching for an agent right now and I've begun taking acting classes. The reason I'm writing here is because I need advice on my parents. They don't seem to support me as much as they used to. I mean, they're awesome parents but they think I should be more focused on becoming a lawyer or doctor(which I have no interest in) then becoming an entertainer or someone in the entertainment industry. I don't understand why they're acting so cold lately towards my dreams. I know that it takes a lot of work to become something but I'm willing to work hard for it and I just wished they had my back. Also, my friends seem to think that my vocal and acting training and stuff is silly and they don't see why I go on auditions and stuff. It really hurts when they mock me for what I do...I know they don't mean to hurt me but I don't like it at all. Most of my friends are really big jocks and so am I but I'm a very verstile(sp?) person and I like other things too and they can't seem to understand that. Anyone have any advice? Well one, it's awesome that you're willing to work for your dream, don't give up. As for your parents, when they come up with something like that you simply should tell them that you don't want to live out their dream, you want one of your own, and being in the spotlight is it. Same with your friends, if they don't agree with your choice then you should just tell them they need to be a little more understanding and you want their support more than anything. You're always going to have people who try to let you down cause they don't think you can make it, your best solution- prove them wrong. Don't let anyone get in the way of doing what you love. I wish you the best of luck, and hope you can make it to the top, don't let anyone stop you.

ok well me and my boyfriend were talking about some funny stuff (but there were some dirty parts too about what we would do when i saw him **he lives kinda far away**) but yea anywayz so i emailed them to myself to save them...and one day i went to watch some band and i left my aol on so my mom got on and she read my emails, so now im by my friends house and was checking them and they said they were read already so im not quite sure she did...but im pretty positive..im so scared i might get in trouble or of what she'l do or think about me, or that she wont trust me anymore and think im some kind of slut..what should i do?

If your does read something like it, the best thing to do...blame it on someone else. Say it was a friend who doesn't have the internet and was talking to their boyfriend at your house, and you couldn't IMAGINE of saying that sort of thing. But make sure the friend isn't a close one, maybe a neighbor or soemthing..hopefully she wouldn't go say anything to his mom. After that, start yelling at her for even thinking you could wrtie stuff lke that and how dissapointed you are that she doesn't trust you and you thought you had her trust ect. And of course then you can go for the whole "invasion of privacy act" that's always a good one too. Next time don't forget to delete your e-mail..if you want to save it.. save it in your computer somewhere where your mom would never check.

If you don't think you're ready then chances are you're not. Or maybe you're just nervous..when the time comes you'll definatly know, and don't be afraid to say no. He should accept it.

I definatly don't think it's that good of an idea. You know how it goes.. "you don't know, it may not be him" "it could be this 70 year old rapist man", or even a 10 year old boy.
And you really won't get what you want out of that sort of relationship, the intimate parts, the just being with him part, ect.
