Blue tinted computer?
I keep my computer on pretty much 24 hours a day. It doesn't really seem to be a problem. But earlier today I went to check my computer and it had a blue tint over everything. It has done this before, but last time I just refreshed the desktop, and it went back to normal. This time, I've tried refreshing it and restarting it and it doesn't seem to want to go back to normal. I don't know what I did to make it go blue, and it's a very pretty blue, but I would like to have my normal screen back.
Does anyone have any idea what could be going on?

Try to do a system restore. Go to start - programs - assecorities - system tools - system restart. And restore your computer to about a week ago. Hope I could help! =)

sometimes wen computers get older they do weird things. u dont have to worry a bout it at all I very highly doubt that it has a virus or sumthing cuz my computer in school(the 1 i use 4 tech. turns blue, green, yellow...)lol so nuthing 2 worry about but it if acts stranger than normal(besides the colors) then u might want 2 hire a computer guy lol

That's happened before! What happens is sometimes the plug from your monitor to your CPU comes half way out; try taking it out and plugging it back in!

you probably need to degauss your monitor - this happens when the screen begins to build a magnetic charge and the colors all skew. You should be able to degauss it through the monitor's own menu (not the computer keyboard). Every monitor is different, so I can't give you anything more specific than that. Check the monitor's manual, assuming you still have it. But this definitely sounds like a degauss need.

I don't know much about computers but it could be too much saturation... i dunno.... try playing around with the buttons on the bottom of your screen.

haha...its a very pretty blue..haha sry i found that funny...im not sure EXACTLY wuts wrong w/it, but try to shut it down COMPLETELY!! DONT JUST RESTART IT!!! thats wut i had 2 do when my volume wouldnt work n then it wuz fine...hope i helped n it works out ok

It's fine, mine did that too for a few days, no matter what I did it didn't go away during that time. But within a few days it was gone, just be sure to turn it off at night, give it a rest so to speak, that will probably help speed things up.

it just changed the color of your desktop, so just change it back to what u want..and also u should try and turn it off and leave it off for a few days..give it time to rest lol
