I keep my computer on pretty much 24 hours a day. It doesn't really seem to be a problem. But earlier today I went to check my computer and it had a blue tint over everything. It has done this before, but last time I just refreshed the desktop, and it went back to normal. This time, I've tried refreshing it and restarting it and it doesn't seem to want to go back to normal. I don't know what I did to make it go blue, and it's a very pretty blue, but I would like to have my normal screen back.
Does anyone have any idea what could be going on? (link)

That's happened before! What happens is sometimes the plug from your monitor to your CPU comes half way out; try taking it out and plugging it back in!

Ok well i'm 13 and i was getting to know this girl. She just broke up with her bf. And she told me that she liked me. C the thing is i didn't know her that well and i started to try and talk to her more. I was starting to like her but i've only seen her once and only talk to her online. But i started to like her. Only i just started talkin to her 4 days ago. So i told her that i wasn't gonna ask her out until i got to know her better. The problem is now she's goin out with another guy. Is there somthin wrong with me should i have asked her out?

No, there's nothing wrong with you at all...You did the right thing by waiting until YOU are comfortable...and to be honest with you, she COULD very likely just be trying to make you jealous by going out with the other guy. And if not, she's probably not worth your time anyways if shes gonna lead you on by telling you she likes you then hooking up with someone else. Hope we helped!

Well what you could do if you can't have a party at your house is rent a room somewhere...a church, a firehouse, an old school, or something like that...or you could have it outside like in your back yard, or at a pool. You can also hire a dj so you don't have to worry about music...Hope we helped!

You know those little scrub brush things that are rectangle and only about a centimeter thick that they use on your feet when you get a pedicure? Those help soften your feet and get dry skin off. Try using one of those... they'll probably help! Just make sure to add a little soap, hopefully some that softens your skin!

I'm confused. See, i like this boy named.....S. I think he likes me too cuz he flirts wit me alot, and i kissed him b4. But then my best friend.... Well there are reasons to not believe them both. Your "best friend" might be trying to get you not to like him because SHE likes him. She could just be lying and making stuff up- that's maybe why people warned you about her. But S could be making it up too. Maybe he's just nervous so he didn't know what to say. You still have to remember that your best friend is your best friend, and you shouldn't get mad over a guy. BUT, would this guy really say all this stuff and not mean it instead of being honest with you? Talk to S about it first, and, depending on what he says, talk to M. Hope we helped! i was dating this guy for about 3 months and things got pretty serious. we spent every day together and he would stay and my house and vice versa. his ex girlfriend called one night and he broke up with me to see if things would work with her and they didnt. he called about a month after we broke up and said that he made a huge mistake for breaking up with me cause i was the best thing that had ever happened to him. we got back together and things were great, actually better than ever or so i thought. one day when she called again he started getting weird again and told me that he once again needed time. i took all of my stuff from his house and said that i wasnt playing second best anymore. i gave him all i had and thought that this was it. that he was the one. and unfortunately im a mess over him. i know he treats me horrible in this situation but ive never been so inlove with someone before. and i dont know what to do. someone just help. please. Well for one thing, it was great that you told him you weren't playing second best anymore. If you hadn't of said that, who knows, he might keep coming back. It's understood how you feel; being in love with someone so much, and when they treat you bad, you just love them even more. A lot of people would tell you to get over him because he's not worth it. Yeah, that could be true in a sense, but it's not like it's wrong to love someone like that. We know it's hard just to decide NOT to love someone anymore. Maybe if you confront him, and tell him exactly how you feel, you'd feel better. Just remember to never lose hope, because there's always a chance. Don't wait for him or anything, but you might always love him, and that happens. You'll probably have feelings for him until you meet someone new. Always have faith!

Hello, im 17 years old and i grew up with 3 friends since pre-school. We are soo close. But 2 out of the 3 are racists. I never really cared because they didnt say anything around me. You know there's that saying "Boys come and go, but best friends are forever"- well, if you've been friends with these girls for that long, you should have no problem being honest with them. Tell them that it's okay to have opinions, but you make your own decisions and they shouldn't judge you or your boyfriend for that. It's not up to them who you date or what race he is or anything. Do what you want to do... YOU are in control of yourself!

Techinically, you shouldn't feel bad because you're not dating your ex. But if you feel guilty because you love him and you know he loves you, that's a different story. Be honest with your ex, and tell him that you're afraid of getting hurt again. Your ex might have thought that you were trying to rub it in his face when you kissed his friend. Honesty is the key here and if he doesn't understand you, it wasn't meant to be.

Well for shoes, steer away from the Adidas Superstars! Those have been around TOO long! Kitten heels are cute, and so are flipflops. Also, if they ever play reruns of MTV Hits, you can watch that. There's a guy from Teen People that was on it and he was explaining new fashions. He said that Ugg Boots are in!

Well it depends on how long you've been wearing tampons... They are not supposed to stick out; you probably just put it in wrong. The string is the only thing that would be showing. If you did put it in right, it would've stayed, and not been just laying in your panties. If you needed help doing that, and you don't want to go to another person, you could read the instructions in the box. They really do help!

Well you see I really honestly don't care for her as a friend anymore. As I said in the previous question, we are no longer friends, and I don't ever want to be her firend again, because I know she will never change, I think she is a bitch. She gets on my damn nerves now. I used to feel sorry for her and want to help her, but you cant help someone who doesnt want to be helped. she would tell me she wanted to stop and then like minutes go get high. I know that she really doesnt want to stop. I think its a shame that something is thought was just "all in fun" is now taking over her life. But, i can no,longer feel any sorrow for her, I think she is just stupid. I don't wanna be her friend. And despite the things she did, and the fact that I no longer like her, I had no problem with my sister hanging with her. I am not the jealous type. But, I just never thought that she would basically encourage my sister to do drugs when she knows that its wrong. I'm just glad that my sister is smart enough to say no. I wanna call her up and tell her " You fuckin little junky, If I ever find out that you are doing drugs around my sister or offering her drugs ever again, so help me god you won't have to worry about the drugs killing you"... thats just how mad I am. Maybe if you planned some things to talk about ahead of time, you won't be so nervous. For example, you could mention a new song or something that happened in school. Just about anything would work (unless it's some OUT THERE topic, of course). Also, if you think about what you're going to say right before you say it, it won't come out as weird as you think. I am 17/f. I had this childhood friend of like 8-9 years. We were best friends, but then we hit a ofrk in the orad and she turned to drugs about a year and a half ago. When I fisrt found out that she did it, I was pissed and told her that she was dumb and shouldnt do it again. She told me she wouldn't, that she was just tryingit so I gave her the benifit of the doubt. Her and I stopped being friends about 6 months ago. She started becoming really selfish,and just always pissing me off. She was telling me she was clean but I know her too well and could tell by how she wasacting that she was lying to me. Now she hangs around with my younger sister who is 16. I just found out the other day, that just as I thought, she is still using. My sister told me she snorts heroin in front of her all the time and that she is getting really bad. She also told me that she offered her soem to try but my she told her no. The fact that she had the nerve to offer my sister drugs really pisses me off. I feel like calling her up and telling her off. I have been debating on doing this for like the past 3 days. I cant seem to stop thinking about it. I understand that she is ruining her life but why would she encourage someone else to do the same? I wanna call her or so bad! I am so mad! If you're still worried about being this girl's friend, then you need to tell someone. Otherwise, it's not really your concern... All you should worry about is your sister; try to talk to her first, and explain the fact that this girl is a bad influence. If your sister doesn't listen, and still wants to be friends with her, it's probably best to take it to your parents. They ARE the only ones who can control who your sister is friends with.
