Sweet 16 and Golden Birthday!!

Question Posted Friday August 20 2004, 5:13 pm

My sweet 16 (which also happens 2 b my Golden birthday) is coming up soon! I really wanna have an awesome party this year 4 my bday, except I don't exactly have a cool house 2 party at. Could any1 give me any ideas that I could (hopefully) do @ home? (I'm also willing 2 take ideas that wouldn't b @ my house.)

Thx!

Try having a pool party or having it at a rec center, a hall, or somewhere else with events!!

if you do have it at yur house, have it in the backyard so you can light candles at nite and put up cool looking see thru tents and all, and make it look really pretty and then jus hang out wit all yur friends and family members!!

hope i helped!!

if you need any more help, dont be afraid to ask!!
my s/n for AIM is in my advice column, or you could just put it in my inbox!!

good luck!!

Amusement park.

Hawaiian luau (sp?). Hold a bonfire and provide grass skirts and leis.

Murder mystery party. THINK Clue the game. Give everyone a character, and inform the murderer who he/she must kill (use the cards to decide!) beforehand. You can be the host, Mr. Boddy (who is killed). Have your guests use clues to discover the murderer. My sister went to a party like this, and STILL remembers it as a favorite! Who doesnt love fun costumes, suspense and intrigue?

If you are a girl (Could not tell!), have a spa day with your closest friends. Buy home mani & pedicure kits, face masks, cucumbers, and anything else you can think of.

Ok. Picture this. A classic, summer pool party. I mean honestly, who doesn't like a pool. If you don't have a local one a good idea is to rent 2 rooms from a hotel with a pool, and party there. Plus everyone can spend the night because you got rooms. FUN FOR ALL.

first of all, you probably want to have it on a sunny day so you can be outside and stuff. If you say that your house isn't 'cool' you can do a few things to spice it up::
-Rent a MoonBounce (you can get them anywheres)
-Hire a DJ
-Have a waterballoon fight
-Watch a movie
-Go swimming in a kiddie pool
-Slip 'N Slide
-anything else you can think of that would b fun
invite tons of people and your party is sure to b awesome `=D
xoxo

Well what you could do if you can't have a party at your house is rent a room somewhere...a church, a firehouse, an old school, or something like that...or you could have it outside like in your back yard, or at a pool. You can also hire a dj so you don't have to worry about music...Hope we helped!

Well if you don't live on a busy street (a court maybe?), you could have everyone stand on the road. Or maybe backyard?? Set out lots of food. You can also have some games (swingball? basketball? things like that). Happy Birthday!!
