I get the worst cramps when I get my period. It's usually my first or second day when I get these horrible cramps. I take Motrin, drink tea and use a heating pad. Nothing I do seems to really work and my cramps get so terrible I just want to die. Is there something I can do or take that will make them go away?

When I get my period, the first 3 days are very heavy. I wear pads on those days and then tampons the rest. I'm going down the shore on the days when it's heavy and I'm not sure what to do. I'm going to be swimming and everything, but do you think a 'super' tampon would be good enough? It's really heavy and I'm scared even the super tampons won't be enough. What should I do?
Wear a tampon or you cant go. Just bring a few extra and check often if ya need to change.
OK, the othere day I went to the doctors and the doctor told me this scale on puberty. 5 being you have gotten your period and stuff like that. Well, my friends mom told me mom my friend was a 5. And the other day we got in a fight and my friend was really frusterated. My friends mom told me, my friend, and another friend, you get really frusterated during your period. Do you think my friend got her period? PLese help! Oh yea, she has been in a really bad mood lately.

Ever since I was LiL I would masterbate. Okay my little brother is sooo picky when it comes to eating. he doesnt eat meat what so ever. he lives off of chips and captain cruch cerial! Oh and I cant forget about candy! My point being is he eats all this junk and hes not chubby for his age and height. I know hes only 7 years old but still how can u NOT be chubby and eat junk food everyday. First off, you are at an average weight.
Second off, he probably has a better metabolism than you. Try eating breakfast if you dont to kick start your metabolism in the mornings. (Helps lose weight, btw.) When you fall asleep your metabolism slows down.

If you are REALLY afraid of cutting yourself use an electric shaver. They're more expensive though and dont cut as close to the leg.

My friend just told me today.. that she ALWAYS throws up after she eats. As much as I'd love to help her, I just dunno what to say. Cuz she might get mad. I don't want anything bad to happen to her. Bulimia is horrible. It ruins your teeth, your esophogus.... Not to mention malnutrition and dehydration.
Get her to a hospital. There are special hospitals all over that treat eating disorders among other mental problems (Self-injury, anxiety, depression etc.).

Tell a trusted adult. Go to a rehab center, then after, hang out with only sober people who will never drink. Dont go to parties you know there will be drinking at.
My boyfriend has been private schooled all of his life but now this year 4 HS his parents have decided 2 let him go 2 a public school. I am in a public school and I know the temptations that public school has. Well, my boyfriend's going 2 a different HS than me and I'm just worried about him. He's going 2 a school known 4 gangs and stuff, and first off, I don't want him getting involved in anything stupid... and then I'm also concerned about him meeting other girls and then losing interest in me. Wut can I say 2 him, or wut can I do so I stop worrying about all of this?
