I'm a teenage g i r l. There's a guy who I want to hook up with, and we planned it for next month. I want to do it really badly, as I'm not a christian so I can do whatever I want sexually. But the thing is: I just can't decide if the pleasure is worth the guilt I'll suffer from- if there IS going to be any guilt. I just don't know how guilty I'd feel afterwards. Especially IF and WHEN i happen to meet someone worth dating or marrying.

You should both go on a couple of steady dates to start off with then if you feel completely comfortable and guiltless then go for it, don't rush into things though.

I've known this girl for about a year since we first met. She's good looking. lots of guy are trying to chat her up as well. I can tell that this girl is somewhat flirtatious, but I really like her, anyway. We were in good relationship for a while as she called me and went out with me a lot. Then four months ago, she became very different. She didn't pick my call anymore (sometime she cut the line). She completely ignored me. Her reason was because I lie to her (I did not, honestly). Let me tell you a story. I was about to pick her up to her house. My car ran out of battery, so I couldn't get her on time. that was when she started to ignore me. she beleived that I lie to her for some reasons. Then We lost contact for about three months.
I started to call her again. She told me she doesn't have boyfreind yet. we went out for dinner yesterday with one of her freind. Things seemed to be OK. Today she give me a call. Surprise!
I wonder what's happening now? Is everything getting better again or just flirting over and over? I'm kind of lost. I don't know where I am. what's she thinking?
Just additional info. We barely went out only 2 of us. She always brings her freind with when we went out. Dosen't sound good to me.

It sounds to me like she's scared of what will happen when you two are alone maybe she just isn't ready for a relationship, you should both have a long discussion about how you both feel and where you should go from then on and you must both be totally honest.

You could just ask him by saying do you want to catch a movie some time so it sounds casual but it doesn't sound like a date date (until you are on the date).

I did something a couple of months ago that at the time I thought I did the right thing but now I'm regretting it. Well basically what happened is the man I was in love with who I thought loved me back dumped me very cruelly. I told him that I wouldn't have an affair; or get invovled sexually with him as long as he was married. Instead of respecting my decision he told me he wanted nothing to do with me. The reason I thought he did want to be with me is because he kept asking me if I wanted children and that I'd be a great mom and he had never had kids. I also knew he was really unhappy with his wife. I thought he loved me and he obviously was leading me on and just telling me what I wanted to hear so eventually I would sleep with him. I guess I just need someone to tell me that I did the right thing because I've been feeling so down about this. (link)

Hello,
We got a new coach for my high school swim team. He is pretty tough. We have a morning practice and an afternoon practice. However, I have way too much homework to actually do all this swimming! I am very concerned about my work and it comes first. Also, I will only have twenty less minutes to change into my uniform, get to my locker and get to class after getting out of swimming. I also have no time to eat breakfast. My parents keep on saying that they will talk to her, but I don't even know if I want to be on such a demanding team. I do swimming for personal enjoyment and exercise, not to be super competitive. I don't think my mom understands that I am not a competitive person and will break down under such a high-stress regimen. Any advice? I am involved 2 clubs, but without swimming, no sports.

ok, so, yesterday, somehow, i asked my crush out. he's my guy best friend, and while we were talking, i just kinda slipped it in there. I ACTUALLY ASKED HIM OUT! this morning when i woke up, it seemed like a dream. but it wasn't. after i asked him out, he replied by saying, "i need time to think". how should i take that? what does that mean? if you asked somebody out and said that, what would you have thought? maybe i'm looking into this too far, but i can't help but do it, cuz i'm so nervous and stuff.

I have a girlfriend, we have been together for a little over 13 months.
Just recently, she has been telling me that she's really scared that she is going to lose me and she is scared that she is going to get hurt again.
I don't know what to do.
I am scared that her not wanting to lose me, will cause her to breakup with me.

So as of October 25 2006 I had known my bf a year and November 12 2006 will 6 months and I love him so much. I love him soooooo much and he means the world to me. He came into my life when I least expected it and he came in the way I least expected a guy to come to me. I had been going through issues after a hard a** break up with this jerk who was my 1st love who I had been with for a 1 year & almost month. He broke up with me and I so wanted to hurt him, anyways I prayed to go for him to bring someone around I dont care who it was jsut to help me cope through it all. 2 days lata after I prayed that my now bf showed up like I said in the least expected way. He does sound like mr.right but if you do want to get married and have kids make sure you have several discussions about it and you must tell each other everything because a marriage and babies is based on trust and honesty.
If you really feel confident about this bloke then go for it but REMEMBER DON'T rush into anything take it slow its a big descision to make.

My ex boyfriend and I were dating for 9 months. 15 days ago he broke up with me because he was unhappy. For the last couple of days I was fine.. but last night and today I have been really upset. Alright so there is this boy a really like. Hes my sisters best frend so i really didnt think i had a chance with him. But i always wondered what he though of me. alright so i'm a grade 10 student now and i liked this guy since second semester of grade 9(his names mike), here it is first semester of grade 10. last year he liked me and i liked him, i told him a few times and he said he knew but he never told me he liked me so i figured that he didn't. so someone else asked me out and mike said that he was gonna ask me out the same night but to stay with the guy i was with. i felt terrible and i wanted to dump the other guy for mike but mike wouldn't allow it.
so now here i am, at the beginning of the year close friends of mine were telling me that mike still liked me and so i let him know that i still liked him and then he told me he didnt like me and that he didnt say anything to get them thinking that and so on. so i was pretty upset about it. but just recently he started dating this grade 9 girl at my school, everything was fine between them and fine between him and i and his girl and i were friends to. well my "brother" asked me and mike if we were "making babies yet" and we both said no and that uncovered hidden feelings, but he still had his girlfriend.
now him and his girlfriend are over cuz of reasons and i told him i liked him while they were going out but i dont know if understood as much as i was hoping. so today between classes i gave him a note i wrote him and he read it and so during class (he's in my religion class) i went to the bathroom and i was coming back and he stopped me from going in the door and he asked me what i had to tell him so i told him what i had to say and that was that his (ex)girlfriend cheated on him. he said it was no big deal but when he got back to class his head was in his hands. and so after school he stopped me and said thanks for telling him but seemed kinda sad.
i feel terrible. but at the same time i dont. cuz now he's kinda single and such. but we flirt on msn and in person all the time and stuff so it makes my feelings stronger for him.
so this is what i ask...should i hold onto him and hope for the best or let him go and just be friends? any advice would be great. thanks :] (link)

I think he was just messing around with you at the begginning but now he does actually have feelings for you.
You should have a long discussion with him about how you feel and how he feels and then decide where to go from then on.

ok here's how it is: I'm new to this highschool so yeah I'm a freshmen. After a couple of weeks there's this girl that I have my eye on. I don't know why but I like her,she's different from the other girls, REALLY different. I think she could be a goth. oh well. So yeah I like her but she doesn't know but I've been getting the feeling like she glances at me sometimes like when I glance back she like looks away so I think she likes me. BUT... one morning I think I saw her smoking..That's sort of a problem to me because for some reason I dislike her since I now know she smokes but I still have feelings of love.Another reason is I don't like people much if they smoke because to me smoking takes lives of people away. plus also I don't think my parents will approve of her if they found out she smokes. So right now I don't know what to do. I have feelings of hate but love for her.I also want to save her but I'm scared that I might offend her in any way. I also have thoughts on why does she smoke. The reason you don't want her to smoke is because your afraid that if you get to close to her she will die and you will be heartbroken.
You could ask her out then slowly but steadily suggest about her giving up or ask is she thinking about giving up.
You've got to take a chance.
