Ok. I'm 14 and I resently had sex with a guy I had never met before. He was around 21. I have rented a book over being pregnant and I have all the symptoms. I took the pregnancy test and sure enough I am. Well anyways I don't know who he is and i'm really scared. I don't know how to tell my parents and I want him to be there when I tell them! Wow, sweetie this must be so hard for you. Having a baby is a very serious matter. You know that he could get charged with rape. I'm totally against abortions, but if you know that you cannot take care of the baby, then you should really either have an abortion or give it up for adoption. You really need to tell this guy. Talk to him and see what he says. After that, you need to figure out what you want to do. If you want to have the baby, you need to tell your parents. Don't be scared. They love you no matter what, and will always be there for you. Now, if you don't want to have this baby and don't want your mom and dad to ever find out, you should look up planned parenthood in the phonebook. It's a clinic that will do all of that stuff hopefully for free since you are young. They handle all of the stuff and they don't tell your parents. Then, they would also give you birth control if you wanted to be put on it. It would be of course free, without your mom and dad knowing. I'm sorry hunny but that's the only info I could give to you. What I think you should do though is sit down with Ben and Jenny, and explain to her that you guys are just friends and that your not trying to steal him away from her. Hey I'm a guy and was just wondering about something...
I know its normal and not exactly their fault and everything, but when a girl goes through monthly stuff, what are we, the guys, supposed to do. I really don't mind it, but sometimes I feel like I need to help out my g/f with whatever the problem may be...but I can't. Should I just be there to talk and listen? Awww, you are the first guy I know of to actually care about that. Your girlfriend is really lucky. No, don't stay out of the way. For me, I'd drink tea, and some stuff my ex did for me, was let me lie down, while he got my medicine and made my tea. He understood and listened as well. He tried making me feel as comfortable as possible. Just having a guy around who cares and is willing to help with whatever she may need help with is a lot to a girl. I think with what your doing right now is just fine. I'm sure your girlfriend likes that a lot. There really isn't that much you can do besides listen, maybe get the medicine for her, and just let her relax, and don't take any of the mean stuff seriously, if she gets like that. ok there is this guy. i talk to him on the phone every night. i really like him and i know he likes me too cause he said it to me on the phone yesterday. i had a secret i wanted to tell him which was that i liked him. he was trying to get the secret out of me for days. and everytime he would always say "you only have one life to live, so live it to the best," cause he didnt want me to be afraid of telling him the secret. so i told him and hes like, "well i like you too...where do we go from here?" and i said i dont know and there was silence for about 4 seconds lol. then he kinda chnaged the subject and after a while his mom was yelling at him to get off so we had to hang up. i can't help thinking about that "one life to live" thing though. should i ask him out? the only problem is that he isn't really allowd to talk to girls. he told me that if his mom answered then to pretend that he had the wrong number or just pretend to be a guy lol. but if his dad answered then it was ok. so i dont really know what to do. does this mean he won't ask me out? i really really really like him and i really want to go out on a date with him. what do you think, should i ask him out or wait until he asks me? If some people are in closer in the crew, then how come you and your friend are always left out? I'm sorry but I really don't think that your "crew" is being all that fair to you guys. It don't matter at what age you start thinking about it, but my opinion is that you shouldn't have sex unless you are serious about the person, and have the right mind. If you're young looking to have sex with your boyfriend just because you guys have been going out for a few months and you think it'll make him love you,no its not a good idea. My name is Todd, I'm an only child, and I am 15 and in High School. I have a really good friendship with this girl who has some problems. We're not really dating, but she's a really nice person and she's very kind, however she's depressed quite a lot.
I found out that she cuts herself since I saw cuts on her arms, and when some people asked she said it was nothing. I knew something wasn't right since she's never usually been cut like that. I didn't want to tell her that I think she's cutting herself, since I don't want to make her feel worse, but I just wish I could do something to make her feel better.
I always listen to what she has to say (although it's not much [as she says]), and I always try to do great things for her like get her gifts and make her feel better.
I know, from what she told me, her family has issues since she isn't really given much attention. It's not that her parents are mean, it's just that they don't really care about her. She also has two older sisters (who have children also) and one younger sister, so things get hectic over there, from what I know. Her two older sisters occasionally come up once a week or so, and she is left to babysit her nephews and niece.
I always try to let her know that I care about her 24/7. I'm going to invite her over to my house this weekend since she's been to my place before and my parents are happy to see her. Plus, it's a lot quieter. :-)
I know I can't "give" her my family, but I want to do as much as I possibly can to make her feel better and less depressed.
I'm concerned because I don't want her to commit suicide, since that would kill me. ;-(
If you have any advice or solutions you can give me, PLEASE TELL ME.
One of my ideas was that if her family doesn't do anything for Thanksgiving, I was thinking of having her over for Thanksgiving, since my parents won't really be doing anything since my immediate family moved away.

Ok sweetie, first of all I think you are doing a great thing to help her out, but if she's cutting herself you really need to talk to someone else, like a school councelor or her parents. She does not have to know if you were the one who told someone. She really needs help and more than what you are giving her. If she means enough to you, you should really do it before she does something worse like suicide, and then you'd be left with guilt knowing that you never got her help. Please take my help! My boyfriend's brother's funeral was today and after it was all over with he wanted to go to Astroworld (an amusment park). I thought it was totally unappropriate because I thought he should have been with his family. But, I went anyways, for him. His brother had committed suicide and my bf never had any room in his life for suicide. Still though, it was his brother, ya know? First of all I'm a 14 year old male. I would like to know if this girl likes me at all. Here's why I think she does: Everyday when I hang out with some of my friends, if we pass by her, for example at a football game, she'll only say Hi to me and she'll get all excited. I'm a shy kind of guy and I usually just say hi and blush. She's a popular girl and even in class when she sits on the other side of the room she'll stand up and wave and say hi. You get upset when you see him around different girls, because you might still have feelings for him. It doesn't matter how long ago you went out with him. I think you should just keep ignoring him. I really think you should talk to your friend about everything. If she says she doesn't like him, then there is no reason for her to go to the dance with him. Just tell her that you really want to know, and that it is important to you. Now, if she goes to this dance with him after telling you she's not going to and that she don't like him, then i think you should stop talking to her for a while. A true friend would always tell you the truth.
