I used to have a pic of me up but now I don't because that one was really old but I'll be getting a new one soon.

I was born in Augsburg, Germany although I've lived in many other places because my dad was in the army and right now I am currently living in Rochester, Minnesota.

I hate the weather here.

I wish I could move back to Germany because I love it there. All my relatives live there.

I'm sane here because I have my friends and family.

I'm pretty optimistic most of the time unless someone gets on my really bad side and I try to be positive. It's hard sometimes.

I love to give people advice. I'm pretty good at that.

I play soccer and tennis. I'm pretty athletic and I love to dance. I used to be in precision. I also love to sing.

I'm pretty outgoing even around strangers but that's nothing new. Haha.

Um I'd probably have to say atleast an hour is good.

i am from india.
Well i think i have a cavity.. and getting cavities filled are a nightmare for me. i just cant stand it. ive never had the laughing gas and i really think that would make it less of a nightmare. my friend said that when he goes, they give him the gas. So, whats the deal with the gas? Do some dentists just not do it? or what?

Haha well they ask you if you want it first..
But if I were you I would definetly use it.
You feel like you're on a cloud..
And you feel high.

Well i weigh alot and im signed up to a gym but i don't go that often because i have aot of homework. Also i'm having some acne problems. And theres this girl i've been trying to impress latly so plz help me.

Well don't stress yourself out so much..
Instead of thinking about what you 'need' to do..
Think more about what's happening now.
You should act positive and something good will happen along the way instead of thinking you have to do something to make yourself look 'better'.
But if you wanna lose weight you should start by cutting down on junk food and soda, and drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
Also workout along with eating right.
Oh and if you're having an acne problem you should start washing your face morning and night.

I'm 13 I way 125, I'm 5'0. I hate my weight, It makes self conscious like you couldn't believe [along with my acne] I want to loose weight a healthy way, this hopes of along with clearing my acne up.
I'm goaling to loose atleast 5 pounds this month.
I'm going to join the YMCA and I'm going to run track ,go to the pool on the weekends, cardio, and probably join a class or more.
I'm cutting out soda [which will be easy, I hardly ever have soda]
the hardest thing will be junk food, because thats all my family ever buys.

Any suggestions? Any opinions? Good or bad, I want to/need to hear it.

I think you are at at a good weight.
When I was 13 I weighed 129 and I always thought I was fat and stuff to..
But I did what you did..
I started to work out more and cut out junk food and soda.
I think if you wanna lose weight and do what you're gonna do then definetly go for it!
I think it's a great idea.
You'll probably just create muscle then lose weight but that's a really good thing.
So good luck with what you're doing.
And you should drink a lot of water while you're doing that too!
It helps a lot.

I know exactly how you feel.
I was in like 6th grade..
I was extremely shy and I never had a bf and my family and friends would always ask me..
Do you have a bf yet?!
It's like umm..No..
Why not?!
Yeah I've been through all of that before and it gets embarrassing enough and really annoying.
But you know what?
It doesn't matter what people think.
I started to get really outgoing in 8th grade and got tons of bf's and stuff.
But Just because I wasn't outgoing before doesn't mean I was ugly or I was a nerd or something..
I just wasn't that confident and I was shy..
That wasn't a bad thing either.
But sometimes it's hard to open up to people and I know how you feel.
I'm pretty sure you'll find the right one when you least expect it.
Just don't look for the person because he'll come to you..
So don't let people give you shit about it.
Just be yourself.

I've been having very sharp, shooting pains in my chest latley. They come and go, but they bring alot of pain with them. I told my parents, and they said its probably from stress and because I drink several sodas a day.

I'm taking Gavistron and its helping. My dad said its most likley reflux, and to try to not worry about grades and friends so much for a bit to see if it helps.

But how do I stop worrying? How do I calm down? How do I get rid of stress! HELP!
.. and my hairs falling out ALOT latley, which the doctor said is due to stress.

Alright well if your parents say it's from stress..
That probably could be the case.
And if it is..
You should relax and quit putting pressure on yourself, do something you love to do.
That will definetely make you feel better.
You should stop drinking soda to..

But most are pretty expensive and screw your metabolism up.
So I really reccomend that you stay away from diet pills..
But if you really wanna try a kind I had heard that Trimspa is pretty good.

Just act like yourself and wait for him to come..

Okay, so I downloaded Internet Explorer 7 and it always freezes and randomly closes on me and I was wondering if I went to Add or Remove programs and Removed Internet Explorer 7 from my computer if it would remove Internet Explorer completly from my computer. So I don't know what to do.

OMG do not use internet explorer.
It sucks really bad.
No wonder why is freezes!
Download mozilla firefox.
It works really really well.
Just go to google and type that in and download that.

Well, i started at a new private highschool this year and i've met alot of new people. In this pool of new people, there's one i think about all the time: We'll call him John.

So, i just met him this year and he's kinda quiet and shy around people he doesn't know well. But he does have a lot of friends and he's well known throughout the grade because he is just so cute. Some girls go right up to him and tell him he looks like a cute lil teddybear and how adorable he is. He just kinda shrugs it off and smiles a little. Of course, I've never dared to do this.

But anyways, back to the point. I really really like him. He's in 4 of my classes, and at my new school we have three classes a day and on one day i have all three classes with him. So we've become friends and can talk to eachother comfortably in school and sometimes out of school. Now, it used to be me starting all the conversations- but i've noticed lately he's been starting them too. On a certain day when i have spanish then modern history, we always walk with eachother from the 3rd floor down to the first. I try to hint that i like him, i smile alot and make eyecontact. The only signs i've been getting back are a few times i've caught him looking at me, and he walks with me to some of our classes, and we usually end up next to eachother when we're leaving one of our classes to go to the next. I dont know if its just coincidence, or if he's doing it, because i of course am also kind of shy and wont take the initiative to stay back a bit for fear that it will seem too obvious. ( although i do do this sometimes)

But we talk at least once a day and we joke around with eachother and he makes me laugh alot. I know i like him alot...but do you think he likes me back? Thanks for your help!

Hmm it's different for every guy.
He could like you in that way or maybe he just thinks of you as a friend?
Who knows.
But I mean if he does give you a lot of 'eye contact' and a lot of 'smiling'..
Then that definetly could be a sign that he likes you.
This is usually how a guy shows that he likes you, and since he laughs and smiles..
He must be pretty confortable around you too; Which is a really good thing.
But to what I've been hearing of what you have told me, it seems he just might like you..
And if you're even more curious about it just be confident and ask him about..
Or if you're not ready, just drop hints and see what happens, maybe he'll make a move.

You should really see some kind of counselor or something to work things through.

okay im getting older and my birthday is coming up soon.and im taking piano lessons.but every week when the time comes around for me to take them.i never want to. Is it that i don't like piano?? or do i think im too old.

Maybe you've just lost interest?

Am I the only one alive who thinks it's terrible that kids (13-16) are having sex? I'm only 18, but when I was 13, I was riding my bike and doing karate, not giving blowjobs on the school bus. I've got this amazing friend, John. I always joke around with him and everything with him and my best friend, Deanna, over the computer, but when it comes to actually hanging out.. it's a different story. While Deanna and I constantly are together, John only seems to want to talk to us when it's either conveniant for him, or when it's not in person.
For example, John, Deanna, our friend Alex and I all went to the movies to hang out. Well, Deanna, Alex and I all had a great time. We talked, laughed and everything, but John seemed to just completly be concentrated on the movie only, and when he wasn't, he was texting with some of his other friends. He pretty much didn't talk to us all until one of his newer friends met up with us at the therter..
He has made all these new friends, and I'm fine with him having friends, but he seems to be forgetting Deanna and I. He also seems to be more arrogant, because all of these girls happen to be alot prettier, and more popular than us.
He's just seemed to change.. and I really miss the old John, who I used to be able to joke around with, not having to worry about confrontation.
And I'm not flipping out all of a sudden, either.. This has been an on-going thing, and I've talked to him about it a few times. I don't pin blame or anything, but he's still not getting that he's not being the kindest person lately..

Please tell me what I should do.. I know not to push him away or anything, but.. what do I do to get everything like it used to be?

I've had a similar situation..

Well If you've talked to him about it and he still doesn't get the memo then maybe he has changed and moved on.

You can't change time. Maybe you liked the way he was before but you can't change him back either.

People change and you have to deal with that. I mean you still have really good friends and I'm pretty sure their will be more to come.

But since he's not understanding or seeming to care about how you feel about him acting like that then you should just move on.

Telling him over and over and over is not gonna make anything better since he's hear it before so it's not like it's gonna get any better.

So just move on for now and try to think about more important things. I'm sure everything will go well for you.
