Ursula answered Sunday November 5 2006, 12:36 am: I also have this problem.
Use cold tea-bags (regular) to sooth and rejuvenate the under-eye area. Try to get more sleep, or, if you can't sleep, at least try to get more 'quality time with your eyes shut' (ie. awake with eyes closed, preferably relaxing).
Also, grate or finely chop a potato and place it on the undereye area. Leave and rinse afterwards.
Theses are my never-fail cures for when I look absolutely dreadful, I hope that they work for you. [ Ursula's advice column | Ask Ursula A Question ]
Melody answered Saturday November 4 2006, 11:27 pm: if you have no price range, try anything you can find for the problem. i don't know any right off hand, but research it on the internet, ask around, talk to your parents, whatever. there is no harm in trying if money isn't an issue.
try avon undereye circle treatment everynight for a week and see if that doesn anything for the eye problem. get a lot of sleep and eat healthy. which suprisingly can make a huge difference. also, when going out into the sun, makesure to wear plenty of sunblock & sunglasses.
