For instance lets say a person weight 140 pounds and was a size 9 and they wanted to drop to a size 6 or whatever the next size down is, how many pounds would one have to loose.

that's a lot of depends.
i know when you lose 20 pounds you go down a pant size along with each 10 after. gaining is different though. my bff says that she gained a pant size after gaining only 5 pounds. so gain 10 and you'll be almost on point.

ummm, well, here's some ways to get an answer from him personally.
Make a fake myspace/msn/something account and send him an email asking.
Go right up to him and verbally ask(not the best idea)
write a little note, being sincere, and give it to him asking (that's what i did with my bf, and we've been together for a year next weds)

This is extremely embarassing for me to ask.
I am an 18 year old girl from Egypt, but I moved to the USA when I was seven. My parents got me circumcised when I was six. The reason doctors are shocked is that in america, we really don't do female circumsiccions. It's a very rare thing here, but it can be undone, it is very painful though, and you may be missing some things depending on what type of circumsiccion you had done.

well a few days ago... i started my period and I decided to try tampons for the very first time.
My mom is gone on a business trip, so before she left she bought be the Tampax Sport tampons...
well my period started after she left, so I read the directions and I found the hole, and I stuck it in... I could feel it moving up.. IT FELT SOO GROSS!! am i supposed to feel it moving up?????
after a while, I tried to take it out, but it wouldn't come out.. IT HURT SUPER BADLY!
so i started crying, and luckily my grandma was here... i was embarressed to tell her, but i finally did and she helped me take it out. It hurt really badly and i was crying and screaming.
Is it supposed to hurt that badly?? and i also felt it coming out.. am i supposed to feel it coming out?
when it was inside me... i could feel it as I walked.. and so i knew that it wasn't in right, so thats when i tried to take it out.
my grandma said "why did you push it in so deep?"
so my question is... did i push it too deep? or not deep enough? and how do i do it? I think the next time i wear a tampon, it's going to be when my mom is here.

The first few times it is gonna feel weird just for that fact that you've never done it before. Depending on how long it was in, it might have just been there wasn't enough blood in it to come out right. That's normal to, another reason it may have hurt, is it may have been the wrong size. If a tampon is too large then it will hurt coming out just for the fact it doesn't fit. And the third reason it may have hurt is because you may have stuck it in too far. You want to make sure that you put yours fingers on the circles on the tampon (normally right in the middle) and only push it in as far as your fingers will go and then push the tube into the outer tube.

I'd wear a pushup bra, that way you get more if you don't have much or get to show more if you have a lot. The bones are fine. If your big enough to actually have boobs, it's fine.

i started my period yesterday

but i wasnt happy with that
since a few of my underwears are totally stained

and i slept in it

and got a pad
and then about 2:30 ish
i got a tampon and put it in
and its sooo much more comfortable than that other tampon [the one im wearing now is a sports one]

Well, sleeping with a tampon is really bad cause you can get TSS (toxic shock syndrom) which can possibly kill you...want more info read those little pamphlets in the tampon boxes...anyways, it doesn't matter if you wear a tampon while peeing just for the fact that your tampon is in a totally different area then your tampon is (there's a different hole for your pee) so unless you need to remove your tampon at the same time you need to pee, just leave it in. but if you are removing it at the same time, i would remove it first, just for the fact that pee on your hands is a little gross, it won't hurt you, cause you wash your hands after word, but it's just the fact of it.

I, myself, wouldn't get my nails done before i go to camp just for the fact they WILL get ruined, but i would go with a 60's color, like pink, neon green, stuff like that. But i knw you want earthy tones, so i'd go with a darker green, or a sparkly brown.

If you have your period your not pregnat because when you have your period it's to get rid of the lining and the egg, you need the lining for a baby. You don't need morning sickness to be pregnant, my mom never had it with me. my advice is to go to the store and buy a pregnancy test (EPT is the best kind) or have someone else buy it for you if your nervous, and use it. Or you can go to doctor (if your under 18 there are special facilites you can go to that won't tell your parents) and get checked.

Ok, i'm a 18/f.
One of my guy friends and I recently excelled to the "friends with benefits" stage in our relationship. In the past week or three we've been inseperable, always flirting and kissing and such. Well tomorrow night he's coming over and we're talking about taking this a step further. First off, yes it does hurt. Your basicly ripping the skin of your area. Also, You do know how to use a condom the proper way, right...make it so that it won't break and such. If not send me back a note and i'll give you my e-mail.
Are you sure you want to go through with this though...if he's not your boyfriend, i wouldn't recamend it. Unless your engadged or he's given you a promise ring or set a date...but i'm not gonna force anything on you.
You must remember that you only do this once, and there are alternative ways to sex.
Oh, are you both tested? because if something happens and one of you have a VD or HIV or something else...your screwed over, that stuff passes to your kids.
