asklissa answered Wednesday November 1 2006, 10:33 pm: to add to your previous answer, you can be pregnant even if you have had or were on your period when you had sex, but if you have your period after, your not pregnant because the uterus will keep the tissue that comes out during pregnancy inside of you for the fertilized egg. Midnightmoet answered Wednesday November 1 2006, 9:14 pm: The signs of pregnancy early on are urinating more frequently, nauseusness, vomiting (morning sickness) as well as a missed period. On most occasions you will miss the period but in some cases women have been found to have their periods even into their 6th month. You could either get an over the counter testing for pregnancy or have the doctor do a blood test which is more accurate. Good luck. [ Midnightmoet's advice column | Ask Midnightmoet A Question ]
