i took every diet pill out there. the key in losing weight is not eating after 6 or o'clock. you gain the most weight at night beacise you are less active then. but back to the pills, 16 is the age where you can get almost any without a problem i personally think Green Tea pills work a litle bit. but honestly dont take any just dont eat after dinner and make sure you eat breakfast..oh and maybe dont eat as much junk food :0

but first let me mention most of them don't work. yeah the speed up your metabolism but as soon as you go off them it freaks out and your body will eventually just spazz out. it leads to heart problems of course. and most of the time these diet pills are nothing but rely on your stomach filling up with water when you take them (ie; you must drink this much water when taking this pill) resulting in you feeling full.

But most are pretty expensive and screw your metabolism up.
So I really reccomend that you stay away from diet pills..
But if you really wanna try a kind I had heard that Trimspa is pretty good.
