Im 16/f and my cousin has cancer. He is 8 years old and has only 10% chance of living. The cancer started in his legs and now is in his back. He has tumors in his legs and one by his heart. His back bones are disinagrating(spelling) and today we found out that the cancer ate his leg bone away and now his leg is broke.
This is so hard for me. But im a cheerleader and was thinking about having a carwash for him, giving his parents all the money, even if its only 100$. Do you think thats a good idea? And does anyone have any ideas to raise money. We are doing a poker run and a golf thing. And almost all the money for those thigns are going to him. Any ideas that I can do? Please help. thank you!

I am sorry about your cousin- be optimistic! That is a great idea for a car wash. Maybe you can auction off merchandise from local stores, because if you tell them about this, they will give you a lot of donations. Maybe have a bakesale at the carwash, or run? That will give you a lot more money.

Ok I've been on a diet and I think I messed up. Well today, I woke up and had my usual bowl of Special K. My family wanted to go to Mcdonalds around 11.30 for lunch and so I was like 'Oh great'. I looked at their menu and decided to get a fruit&yogurt parfeit with granola. Now, for dinner, my family is planning to have steak and corn on the cob. Would that be okay to eat or should I find something else?? The nutritional facts for the parfeit was 160 cals but it had 20 g of sugar. Anything I can do?? I feel guilty for eating it. What should I eat for dinner instead?? Thanks!!

For dinner, how about a nice salad. You can have a lot of veggies, and a little dressing. If you are still hungry, maybe have a little yogurt, or a piece of fruit.

ugh i have such a hard time finding bathing suit (bottoms) that fit. i'm polish so i have a bubble butt lol so whenever i try on bottoms i either get a wedgie or you can see my butt crack. i can't just go a size up because i have narrow hips so it'll get really bunchy looking if i try to tighten the strings. i have a few that just so happen to fit but only like 2 & one i've had since 6th grade. i dontt want boyshorts though because they make my thighs look big usually. i found some cute ones today but they were soo expensive. what stores have bathing suits that have good coverage in the back & good prices? thanks!

I think it is fine. Look at it this way- if you were later on in your life, and you were 23, and he was 25, or so- not that big of a difference. There is probably an age gap inbetween almost every married couple today, so even if you are younger and not married, it doesnt matter.

im trying out for the girls' feshman cross country team in august. ive been running/walking about 3 miles every day(skip a day every now and then), so is that enough to prepare me so that i will probably make the team?

That is more than enough. Three miles is plenty, and you will definatly be in really good shape. You will most likely make the team, and it is okay if you miss a day or two- because you will want some rest.

Depends on the strength. They would probably cause you to be in a deep deep sleep. I guess someone would have time to take your clothes, but the pills take awhile to work.

I am 14,130lbs and 5ft8-9in i have alot of strech marks on my lowerback and inside of my legs and on my upper-upper back. what can i do to get rid of them? (and just curious how'd they get there?)

They will never completely go away. It is usually from having fat, or skin, hang over usually when you sit down.
Try Shea and Cocoa butter- at any drug store- it fades them.
