Diet Ok I've been on a diet and I think I messed up. Well today, I woke up and had my usual bowl of Special K. My family wanted to go to Mcdonalds around 11.30 for lunch and so I was like 'Oh great'. I looked at their menu and decided to get a fruit&yogurt parfeit with granola. Now, for dinner, my family is planning to have steak and corn on the cob. Would that be okay to eat or should I find something else?? The nutritional facts for the parfeit was 160 cals but it had 20 g of sugar. Anything I can do?? I feel guilty for eating it. What should I eat for dinner instead?? Thanks!!

It's okay to not stick to the diet everyday. You gotta treat yourself once in a while! But that is a lot of sugar, so try and stay away from sugar for the rest of the day. For dinner, you can have steak, and corn is good for you. Corn on the cob is better for you than canned corn. But don't put butter one it! My sisters boyfriend is a chef so I know a lot about food, lol. He said it's better to eat corn on the cob because it's not as preserved like canned is. If you feel so guilty, then you could exercise if you want :] ]
For dinner, how about a nice salad. You can have a lot of veggies, and a little dressing. If you are still hungry, maybe have a little yogurt, or a piece of fruit.
