Ok I've been on a diet and I think I messed up. Well today, I woke up and had my usual bowl of Special K. My family wanted to go to Mcdonalds around 11.30 for lunch and so I was like 'Oh great'. I looked at their menu and decided to get a fruit&yogurt parfeit with granola. Now, for dinner, my family is planning to have steak and corn on the cob. Would that be okay to eat or should I find something else?? The nutritional facts for the parfeit was 160 cals but it had 20 g of sugar. Anything I can do?? I feel guilty for eating it. What should I eat for dinner instead?? Thanks!!
ASAPcamille answered Thursday July 26 2007, 2:39 pm: For dinner, how about a nice salad. You can have a lot of veggies, and a little dressing. If you are still hungry, maybe have a little yogurt, or a piece of fruit.
