My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

when taking shots, what is the point of the lime? do you use it before or after? someone fill me in thanx

You take the lime to chase the taste of the alchocol. You usually drink hard liquer and it makes a strong taste in your mouth so the lime reduces it.

I have to do a huge project on basically what I want to be when I'm older and I have NO idea.

I mean I'm interested in owning my own fashion botique but that doesn't seem original at all and it doesn't spark my interest as much as it should.

So does anyone have any ideas?

I'm doing something similar to what you're doing. For my career, I picked a psychiatrist. I'm very much into cosmetology so it was hard for me to chose. If you can't decide, pick a few things that you would love to do for a long period of time. Own your own buisness? Do some reasearch on a few careers that you would be interested in, and chose then. Owning a fashion botique is original and creative. Whatever interests you and whatever you love to do, go for it.

alright so me and my friend are in a huge fight.i mean we used to be best friends and then all of the sudden she just started hating me because apparently i am a "whore" because a couple weeks ago i couldnt really make up my mind about this guy i liked. and now she is just being really rude to me and wont talk to me, and when i tryed to appologize for anything i had did she just got mad and started yelling at me.

If your "best" friend says that about you, she was never your true friend in the first place. Stop apologizing for things you didn't do. If she's going to treat you like that, she doesn't deserve you as a friend. Don't kiss her ass for it and beg for forgiveness because you're better than that. Let her cool off and she just needs to relax. There could be more to the reason that she's angry with you, but just don't say sorry for things that you didn't do. If she's your real friend, she'll come around and realize what she said was wrong.

I figured out that I'm a lesbian. and i'm so afraid to tell my mom cause I'm afraid that she will hate me. What do I do?

You need to tell your mom how you feel and tell her the truth. She's your mom and she is going to love you no matter what. She might be shocked but you would just have to give her time to accept it. After all, you will always be her daughter and just because you're a lesbian doesn't mean your mom will stop caring about you. Just take your time and tell her when you're ready.

I just started indoor tanning. How often a week should I tan??

Try going about 4-5 times a week. If you go for about 15 minutes each time, wait a day or so after because you might burn. Always make sure you use lotion so it decreases your chances of burning.

Ok well my ex bf had surgery on his foot and was out of school for 3 weeks. My ex broke up with me but before he got his surgery(by the way he broke up with me about a year ago so its kinda random and shocking for him to say this) he sent me a message saying he never stopped loving me.
We talked a while but only on aol, which is a lot differnt then in person.
But today was his first day back to school, and i really don't see him much, but when i do i have no idea what to do. I mean i should just be like hey. but thats soo much easier said then done. But omg its soo nerve racking. idk what to do if i ran into or any really cute lines?? so can someone help me on this sitt. or on what to say?

I know it's easier said then done, but just go for it. Everything that you guys talked about online, you could talk about in person. Yeah it might be akward but just go for it. If you see him, just say heyy and start walking with him or something. You don't have to come up with any cute names or lines and such, but just have things to talk about. You could even bring up the previous conversations that you guys had. Just relax and be yourself around him. Forget about feeling akward and after a while, you'll feel really comftrable around him.

ok well obvisouly when i straighten my hair it kills my hair really really bad. I've tried getting my hair relaxed (like a perm to get my hair straight. if that makes any sense) but that didn't work at all. So does anyone know a good kinda of shampoo that can actually repair hair i've tried pantene but that dosn't really work at all.

Before I blowdry my hair, I spray this thing called Ion for heat protection. You can get it at Sally's Beauty and it's only $6. You can also get any heat protection sprays that prevent damange. Just make sure you use it everytime you straighten, blowdry or curl your hair and it will help.

What's a good colour or colours to use when I make a layout of a boy band?

Black, red, & blue. Any dark shade is also boyish so you can just mix & match the colors that go together.

I'm sorry but I don't know what girl you're talking about but if you showed me a picture I could help you more. Anyways, to get volume with straight hair.. it's pretty easy. Shampoo & condition your hair. Towel dry it and add some volumeizing moose & then blowdry it. After that, straighten your hair in sections. Once you're done shake up your hair so it's not "perfect". If you want more volume, tease your hair in places that you want. After that, spray hairspray about 3 inches away from your hair and just use your fingers to create a bit more messy look so it's not stick straight.

What brand of hair products would you say is the best? and from that brand, what would be the best shampoos, conditioners, sprays, etc. for naturally frizzy, wavy, curly, knotty, puffy hair?

and also, names of good hair dryers and hair straighteners/curlers would be appreciated!

I have three favorite hair products. Everything by Garnier Fructise (sp), Aussie, & Tresseme. They have pretty much everything and anything for hair. Leave in conditioners, awesome shampoos for all hair types and such & it's affordable. Any hair dryer is good but I'm satisfied with my Conair one. The best straightener I have used would defenetlly be the Chi. It's pricy but it's worth the cash.

Ok, so i`m going to camp tomorrow. The whole price was $240, and my dad didn`t think that was too much. One of my best friends, Gabie is dfinatly going. The conditions of the trip were that you had to have all A`s and B`s....no C`s D`s or F`s. My other good friend, Sabrina, couldn`t afford the trip and was getting a D in math. On friday, suddenly one of my friends, Rebecca announced she wasn`t going. The teacher in charge, let`s call her Mrs.M, called my cell phone while i was at gabie`s house and asked me for sabrina`s home phone number, so i gave it to her. SHe said that she had lowered the price to $150 and didn`t care that she`s getiing a D. Sabrina is sometimes illmannered and disgusting. I.E. eating with her mouth open, dirt under her fingernails, etc. NOW SHE IS GOING. WTF??? I don`t rly want her to go because she`s going to annoy me, and be all retarded, but i still like her @ school...PLEASE HELP ME IM LIKE CRYING> WHAT SHOULD I DO?? i`m a rater for anyone who answers!

If you're her friend, don't act fake behind her back and talk all bad things about her. That's really low. If you're going to be annoyed by her, hang out with other friends and try to keep distant from her. You should also tell her the truth. Maybe she doesn't realize the things she does so just comfront her about it nicely.


Edit- I saw your feedback so I'm just going to answer back. Tell her the truth. If one of my friends was embarassing herself, I'd tell her because she deserves to know the truth. Just be honest with her and if she gets upset, don't worry because you're just looking out for her and you're being honest.

1. what are some books you would reccomend for a 16 year old. I like teen books that consist of a person's perspective on high school, sex, life, etc. so far i have the earth my butt and other big round things

It's almost the summer, and I just realized that I'm not going to see my boyfriend for at least three and a half months. I'll be able to talk to him on the phone, but we'll be really far away from each other (I'm going to be in the middle of the woods).

Our relationship has been great, we're moving in together in the fall, and we're really in love with each other.

Does anyone who has been in a similar situation have any advice on how to make it work?

If you guys really love each other, you'll make it work. Why would things go wrong? If you both trust each other you'll be fine. I know that not seeing each other for three months is horrible and way too long, but you will still get to talk to each other. I think your relationship with him will work out. Just don't put bad thoughts in your head and not seeing him for a while will make you miss and love each other more.

So, There's this guy at my school and ive had a crush on him for QUITE a while! I it is driving me insane! anyways moving on..

When I first saw this guy.. my heart friggin' leaped!!! I was gawking at him.. like a total moron..(haha?) Anyways I had a class with him and it was sooo unbelievably fun! But it was ridicous b/c i was like the only girl in this class that got into P.E. HAHA. But anyways.. I can't help it.. I constantly think of him and he gave me nicknames (nice ones.. not harsh ones) He always teased me and i kept on smiling and acting like a total ditz ass or something. Making out isn't slutty at all as long as you don't go around kissing every guy. It's normal that you feel like that, but there's nothing you should be ashamed of. You didn't do anything wrong but you just need to relax. Don't think about what you did right or wrong but enjoy it.

i know that showing cleavage is what guys like, but like what kind of cleavage? Like, I am kinda skinny, so the bones in my neck area are kind of visible, more visible as you get closer to my breasts. Is there any way to show cleavage to my advantage?

If you really want to show cleavage, wear a push up bra. It makes your breasts look fuller and perkier.
