Hey! First off, i'm going to start by saying I came here on this site to give people advice. Some people actually don't know the real meaning of advice. They think its the answers they want to hear. But i'm not here for that. I'll give you advice, and it might be something you don't want to hear. But deal with it! You may take my advice or not, its completely up to you and you are not gaurnteed a correct solution.

Ok so now that's clear, I'll talk to you more about myself. Hence the username... I play volleyball. It is my passion and basically my life since I've played for about 7 years. Most of my friends say i'm 50/50 tomboy and girly girl. I LOVE sports!! I play volleyball all year round, and then I go to the park during free times to play some soccer, football, hockey, basketball or baseball with my friends. But then again, I could be inside trying on my new Sephora makeup i'd just gotten, or reading the latest Seventeen magazine or even arranging my clothes for school tomorrow.

You can ask me just about anything and i'll be happy to answer it. You can count on a full and detailed answer.

Oh and another thing... I love getting feedback! Even if its a negative comment. It tells me what I need to work on or even what I did correct.

take a luke warm wash cloth and some soap and CAREFULLY wash the area. Do this a few times a day ((maybe 5 or so)).

ok i want to know how i can get taller because i think that im kinda short for my age

really there's not much to do to make you taller. Its just growth spirt that does it. As you start maturing and getting older, you're bones start to grow and so you get taller. so maybe in a couple of months or even weeks, you'll start to grow a couple of inches. I play volleyball and I'm 5'6 and only 13!!! So I think that exercising and stretching will probably help.

yesterday i went for about a mile long run and 3/4 of the way through, i started feeling a really bad pain in my lower stomach. the pain felt REALLY similar to the cramp pains i get when i have my period. it also felt like i had to go to the bathroom. so i ran home quickly, came home and went to the bathroom and i couldn't even get up for 10 minutes because the cramps hurt so bad. i ran again today and it happened again, only not AS bad, but it still hurt. usually when i go running, i take water with me. these two times i didn't. could this be the cause, or do you think it's something else?

Did you ever eat before you left?? that could be why... you might need sometime to digest your food before you leave running. I suggest eating a snack such as a banana. It helps get rid of the cramps and also is a good snack. yes, I think that since you didn't bring any water, I think that might also be a reason.

my boyfriend has the same name as my dad, jerry, and it's kind of weird to use his name since it's also my dad's name.. so i was wondering if there was any nicknames for 'jerry' that i could use? i dont like using terms like 'hon, dear, sweetie', etc... something close to his name will be great :) thanks

how about 'Jer'?? just take off the ry at the end and you get Jer. I think its pronounced 'jair'. or.... if you dont like that, just use lil' jerry for him and for you're dad big jerry. OR if you dont like that.... call your boyfriend jerry and your dad, Dad. Simple as that. lol

I just got asked out today and I said yes. This is my first time to be going out with someone and im pretty scared. I dont know what to talk about with him or what to do with him. Im a pretty shy person so I get pretty nervous when im around people I dont know to well. I really need some advice!!!!

Well if you got asked out, you HAVE to talk to him! I mean its not like he asks you out but you never talk! Talk as if he was your best friend. Look around you and find a subject to talk about. Once you start the talking, it will never end! First dates are always nerve-racking...so you should be nervous. Like the saying is "Nervous means you're ready" Just go with the flow and see what goes on from there. Show him that you're nervous, he'll get the picture that you're nervous and he'll try to make you less nervous by talking to you.

Well me and my bf have been going out for about 3 weeks and I think I just might get my first kiss. But im really nervous. When the kiss is over I dont know what to do or say? Please help! Im so nervous.

Just follow his lead. I personally never had my first kiss yet, so I don't really know, but I saw in some movies that girls do a little giggle or laugh when their done. That or just look around, but not at him. That shows that you are shy and you really liked it. Smile at him when you are done! Thats a big one. If you dont smile and your face is just normal, he'll think you didnt enjoy it. Smile when you are done.

I have this sleeping probelm it's like iam always tired even though I go to bed at 9:00pm and wake up about 6:00am in the morning to get ready for school and even though thats about 9 hours of sleep each night and that's how much sleep iam suppose to get and last night I went to bed at 8:00pm and I was still tired all day at school today and I was wondering why i've been so tired lately what should I do?

maybe you're sleeping too much... my brother is the same way. He gets about 12 hours of sleep but is always tired still! so then he goes back to sleep and gets about 2 extra hours in... so he sleeps maybe 14 hours a day!!! he used to play hockey but now he's graduated high school, so he doesnt play anymore. So maybe if you try to exercise more and sleep less... you will be better.

My best friend is a guy, and i'm a girl, and I really like him. I've liked him for 3 years on and off, but for the last year or so, i like him more than i've liked anyone ever before. I don't know what to do. If i told him, it would make things akward. Everyone says that he likes me and that we should go out, but i don't know what to do! Please help, thanks.

How do you even know that it will be akward??? If he's your best friend, set him aside and tell him that your friendship is so important to you and you want to tell him something, so he shouldn't freak out when he hears this. Now, just tell him you like him. If it was akward, he would obviously say no. Do a pro and con situation on how much you like him....what do you really like about him? What do you have against him? higher one wins! Talk to him about this and see what he has to say. If he says no, just ask if you can still be friends with him. Dont forget to tell him that your friendship is so much more important than a serious relationship.

So today was my first day of sophmore year and I woke up with a gigantic white head. Yesterday I kinda squeezed it, so hopefully I thought there would be no ugly white center. Sadly today there it was. Larger, reder and more noticeable ever. And I saw the boy i liked and waved, but I feel like people are only staring at my nose! How can I possibly get the redness to go down so its not noticable.

The same thing happened to me. My mom went to walgreens and bought the Oxy pads and the Acne Medication. I use it everyday and my mom says she notices a huge difference.

PS: DONT cover your zits up with foundation! I know you really want to hide them, but if you cover them up, more dirt and oil will get in your skin and cause even more pimples to grow.

If I smother a scab on my face with hydrogen peroxide, then put a bandaid on it, and let let it stay overnight..will the scab basically fall off the next morning?

no... peroxide is very bad for your skin! I recommend mederma... its going to take the scar off.

Aloe Vera works super great!!! I recently went to spain in the very hot weather.. i got sunburnt and then used aloe vera, aloe vera makes your sun burn into a tan! its really amazing

I love the smokey eyes look and I have tried to do them on my eyes but i hate it because you can always see my eyeliner a lot. How can I make my eyes stand out without putting on tons of eye makeup and being able to tell that i have eyeliner on. Thanks!!

when you're done putting on eyeliner on, take a Q-tip or a cotton ball and smudge off some eyeliner. It'll give the smokey eyes and better look and not show too much eyeliner.

Hello. Well tommarow is my first day of school! I'm so excited!! Well first, you want to be friends with him. So before asking him to sit next to you, just talk to him about a simple conversation. Then once you think you guys are friends, be like "we should sit by each other. That'd be so cool!" But don't get your hopes up on the first day of school. You never know when your teacher will make it be Assigned Seats.

i'm german so I can tell you. Wir mussen zur den Film manchmal gehen- that means 'we have to go to that film ((movie)) sometimes'

to me it doesnt make sense because manchmal means sometimes.. so you might want to take manchmal out of the sentence so then it means 'we have to go to that film ((movie))'

for tenses.. its really hard to explain.
so for example... gehen means 'go'
but if you want to say 'went' then you say 'gegangen'

why dont we do 5 examples-
it'll be a word first, then the tense

1- come means Kommen. Tense- came means gekommen

2- sit means Sitzen. Tense- sat means gesessen

3- talk means Rede. Tense- talked means geredet

4- sneeze means Niesen. Tense- sneezed means Geniest

5- laugh means Lachen. Tense- laughed means gelacht

Okay.....well school for me is starting in September 5 and im so nervous and My best friend moved so we cant walk together.......and also when i get to school i'll be by myself so How can I not be scared? And how can i have confidence?

Hey, you're not alone! Theres soo many more students out there that are soo scared. So just think to yourself, you'll make tons of new friends, and that dream job you've always wanted... well that dream job is going to happen if you go to school. To have confidence... just think this year will be sooo much fun. Think of last year and all of the fun things that happend, now think that same stuff will happen... only much more fun!!
