I think the two best brands of eye liner out there are Meryl Norman and Beautique. Meryl Norman, which to my knowledge can only be purchased at The Meryl Norman Cosmetic Studios (often found in malls), is pricey. It typically runs about $8.50 - $15.00, but it really is good stuff. It glides on with ease, and it stays on all day. And if that price is a little bit more than what you're looking to spend, I suggest Beautique - which is actually my perfernece. Thing is, I've only seen Beautique at Sally's. I guess the good news is that it's only .99 cents. And trust me, I wouldn't buy crap make up, so do not let this dollar price throw you off. You'd be cheating yourself out of something really special. Beautique is easily applied, and you will have many hours of perfect wear - all free of smudging. I probably could not promote this item enough; as I am very satisfied with it's results. And if you still have doubts... for only .99 cents.. it's worth a shot. :)

i use maybelline line stylist. its a chisel tip so you dont have to sharpen it. and its only like $7 and it goes on extremely smooth

i used to used club A eyeliner/lip liner pencil,but i switched to revlon water proof roll-up eye liner. its really smooth,and its lasts a lonnnggg time,it comes with its own sharpener also :)

well the two eye liners that i use are revlon and mac. here are the links just so you know which ones. And there both really good and really easy to put on. And alot of other eyeliners if your wet them they will go on alot easier. But anyways here are the links to the two ones that i have found to be the best.

At CVS a great brand is Milani. Possibly 3 dollars? All of their products are great actually.

the eyeliner that i find the best is N.Y.C. automatic eye pencil. you can find it at cvs. its only like... 4 bucks. and its not a pencil. its like the pencil , but its in a tube and it rolls up. its like this :
