try to record yourself while performing these moves. that way you can see for yourself what you are doing wrong and fix it. i think that is the best solution.

ok, here's the deal, I have a 30 yr old cousin. I'm 16, We've always been really close but now there's a problem. I'm in love with him. no it's not a crush. I've felt like this for the past year. I can't stop thinking about him and I finally told him how I feel. o, btw, srry. He's my 2nd cousin. Not 1st. anyway, I told him and he said he feels the same way. Okay. so in school one day i was feeling really bad so i asked to go to the nurse. well i really went to my locker cuase i had advil in my locker. Well my teacher went to the nurse and freaking asked her if i went. I am in some deep dodo. I made up this lie and my friends told me to forge a signature. And i am not doing this. So i am writing a note to him telling him the truth. I really dont want to get in trouble cuase i didnt mean to do anything wrong. help!

tell your teacher that you would have gone to the nurse but obviously she couldnt give you any pain killers. tell him that you realized you had it in your locker. tell him you are sorry and next time you will just ask to go to your locker if another situation like this were to happen.

dont forge the note because that will get you into even more trouble if found out.

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone has any substitutes for tanning lotion (the kind that you're supposed to put on before you go into a tanning bed.) It's SO expensive and I don't feel like paying $30 for a bottle. Is there something else out there that works just as well and that is CHEAP? Can I just use regular lotion? Do I even need lotion at all?

well you could use lotion but make sure you do use some sort of lotion or else your skin will be very craked, red abd blotchy (so ive heard)

Hey Everyone,
alright, so me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost 2 months, not very long I know. But we liked each other wayyyyy before then, for about 3 months, but we couldn't do anything about it because we were both seeing other people. But, he didn't cheat on his girlfriend and i didn't cheat on my boyfriend no matter how bad we wanted too. anyways.. he can drive.. so almost every Saturday we go bowling, sometimes we leave early and go to beach access. He told me his is a "virgin" and he's very honest about everything he says, so I'm pretty sure thats true. He wants to do more,[phone sex,fingering,dry hump, whatever] he says I'm to "shy" but actually I'm not shy at all.

my question's are..
-how can i overcome my shy-ness or whatever?!?

i have a really itty bitty bumo on my eye and it stings baadd.. it feels like someone pulled out my eyelashes.

do you know what thats from?

its probably a little pimple like thing (you know how you get those sores in you mouth for a day or two) it could be like that. leave it alone and it should heal (dont touch or rub it)

I know someone who said that they don't really "cut" but they use anything they find that's kind of sharp and scratch their skin until it's just kind of raw... but they don't make themselves bleed, they get to the point right before they would bleed. They said they feel depressed but don't tell people that because they want to make everyone happy... and they just like having the marks on them and keeping it a secret.

well, its like they found a loop hole. techneically they aren't cutting but its the same concept.

you could go to say a counsler and talk about but leave the nem out. just ask them what you can do to help. and try to help them.

I got my period in january for the first time. My period hasn't come but i have this really brown stuff coming out. It's SOOOO GROSS it's like phlegm? Like, i feel like something is seriously wrong. It's brown, but it's definetly not my period.. what could it be? THANKS.

well, when peiods first start they are very irregular.

i dont think you should be worried but if you are then talk to your mom or even the doctor

when i work my calves over a long period of time, like i have been doing, they tend to get more muscle mass rather than lose fat. what kind of excersizes would i have to do to tone down my calf muscles and burn fat but not bbuild more muscles?

well, it depends on what you are gonna do with them.

are they for everyday use? to match an outfit? or just to look pretty?

Under my arm pits i have like little lumps, they are really small and like they kind of look like moles, but they are my skin color.

i live in Illinois. Well my mom doesn't allows me to go to the movies or anywhere with my friends coz she says that we r too young to go by ourselves. In Islam we can keep like guy friends or is it not allowed?

well, in islam we cant really even tlak to boys, but its kind of hard not to talk to them especially in school. talk to guys just dont get very "friendly" with them.

i know what you mean, my parents are pretty strict about going places. but i would suggest tell your mom if it is ok to invite them (since you cant go to their house). otherwise just hang out w/ your firnds during lunch.
