Under my arm pits i have like little lumps, they are really small and like they kind of look like moles, but they are my skin color.

it could be a number of things.
but they are most likely ingrown hairs due to shaving. but if u notice they wont go away or if they spread or start to itch, ect,
then u definately need to go to the doctor and he/she will help you get rid of it.

They don't sound like anything harmful, but if you want to get rid of them, or if you notice that they are changing (growing or something), then go to the dermatologist. They can give you stuff that will make them go away really quickly if you want. They could just be skin tags or something, but if you want them gone then go to the dermatologist.
