It just means it's coming to an en so the flow is not as heavy.
I'm no doctor so can't give medical advice,but if the cramps continue to hurt try a hot water bottle. Better still, see the doctor about this and you can get tablets to ease the pain and things.

Split up with him, and say it's for the best and trust me you'll find some one so much better who loves you unconditionally for who you are.
Don't cling on to him like this-because it only makes gals seem less attractive=more chance of being dumped.
Be confident in yourself, split up with him as you've got lots of reasons to, and it won't be long before someone 10x better will come-and then you'll feel your decision was justified.

My point is that as humans we want what we can't have. You're in a relationship so you can't 'have' your ex bf now, which makes you want him more.
Heres the thing-if you go back to your ex and treat this relationship as a 'rebound' relationship, then things may not work out, which would make you look like a fool.
You need to get over your ex in order to give this new relationship a chance-it wouldn't be fair on your bf. To get over him, write down a list of things that you didn't like in the relationship, and a list of things that you love much more in your relationship with your bf now.
As time progresses and your current relationship gets more serious, it'll be esier to get over your ex.
If you feel like you want to get back with your ex, then make sure you're fully aware of the consequences and dilemmas that could occur if things don't work out as you wanted them to.

The thing is you havn't said if you're identical or not.
If you are.. then it's possible he's getting you guys confused. So you really need to act different from your twin, and let him know that it's you.
Firstly, you could have your own different style, so that it separates you from the crowd. Then , you could send him a Christmas card with a note inside asking to meet up for a chat.
I know you said you don't want to tell anybody, but you have to. And that person if him! Get in there before your twin sister does, because imagine how bad you'd feel as you liked him first! Pop him a note or something.
But if you're not identical then it seems as though this guys a player and in that case you should forget him and move on.

I love his personality but Im not attracted to him physically at ALL. I don't want to sound shallow but that's how I feel. This is what happened to me. After 5 months I never kissed by ex because I just-couldn't, so I get what you mean.
Without sounding patronising, love isn't just about looks, so I'd put this to one side for now and love him for who he is.
Also, just because everyone else kisses each other in relationships doesn't mean you have to. In fact it proves theres a strong bond if you guys are together regardless of being sexualy attracted to each other but more in love with each other deeply.
What I would suggest is to pull yourself to kissing him. I know it's hard, but you could always do it when coming out from a hug. Just try it once, and then you'll know whether you like it or not!
And I would reccomend that you try it because otherwise he could get the impression that you don't fancy him, and then things could take a turn for the worst.

I have been talking to a guy for a couple of weeks now. Over the phone and while we text he is amazing. Fun to talk to and great personality but when we talk in person he is a completely different person? He's shy and just awkward? It's like he dosnt want to talk to me. This is really confusing me. The change is so drastic that I don't even want to talk to him in person. It's like talking to a wall!
I guess it's easy to be anyone you want to be when your online.
And, no offense at all meant here but there must be a reason why he'd prefer to talk to you over the phone/texting first off instead of meeting up with you-because that way he can hide in a room or something and not have to go out into the world (which can be stressful for some people)
Talk to him about this and ask why, in the least rude way. It's not fair to close off contact completeley with him as he may not be able to help his shyness in public.

For about a year I felt like wanting to get back with my ex. This is because humans want what we can't have.
So you know that becacause your ex has a gf now, you can't have him-so you want him, follow?
Over time however, i've come to realize theres a hell of a lot more to life than living in the past. As hard as it may be, your gonna have to move on at some point in your life so you may as well do it now whilst your still young.
My advice-write down a list of all the bad things hes done to you, and read it when you feel attracted to him. It's always gonna be hard moving on from someone so significant, but thats life-gotta take the rough with the smmoth.
Also, you'll come to realise that your worth much more and someone will love you and be faithful, not a player and messing with your emotions.

My family is very roudy and not like normal fams really. I mean my moms family was normal why are ours all unclassy like? I'm tired of this stupid shiz. Why does a college drop out living under her mom's roof who disrespects her mom and eats up all the food still be able to be in this family. I HATE my oldest sister. It sounds like your sister is going through a bad patch in her life. And the thing she needs the most is the support of her family. So by telling people her antics on here your not exactly being a supportive sister are you?
Sit down with her, be a friendly face and a listening ear, but don't keep critising her no matter how much she annoys you, because she's your sidter, and some people would do anything to have a sister. You should love her unconditionally,no matter her antics.

I have a lot of spare time, now that I'm done with sports and athletics. My friends say I'm pretty, so i'm considering looking for a modeling job? preferably just photography model, I do not want to be an actress or anything. I'm just lost on how to become one. I've done some thinking about this and this is my plan so far..
-get a photoshoot done at a photography place (just like people do for Senior Pictures in high school).
-send those pictures to modeling agencies nearby and see what they say.
But my problem is.. I have no modeling experience. So i'm trying to find newer agencies that will accept new models. Does anyone have any tips or advice?
Also, if I can't find any good modeling agencies online, what do you think about looking on craigslist? I am kinda scared because what if its not a real agency and its just some perv trying to rape someone haha. How can I trust if an agency is real or not? I don't really want to go alone, but I have no one to bring with me..

Most modelling agencies look for people who arn't just pretty with a great body, but for people who are different from the crowd.
So first of all you could make sure you always dress differently in clothes that fit your figure perfectly, rather than the trend. Then you'll get noticed.
You could of course submit portfolios to modelling agencies. But be careful-if the agency asks you to pay to send in your portfolio then its not a real agency.
Also, take up new hobbies like any kind of dance. Alot of people like to hire models who have experience in the thing their advertising. It's not just about the look, it's about the individuality, the charm and the intelligence.
Attend fashion weeks as this is a gathering for top fashiond esigners and retailers. Alot of magazines run model competitions. Send in your photo and check the respnse.

I want to break up with my girlfriend but she is still very much in love with me. We have had a conversation and are currently on a no contact break for a few days. She thinks i'll regret it and don't fully appreciate what we have (She's my first girlfriend but she's had a couple before). I do really care about her and hate hurting her. When she tells me how much she loves me, and how she doesn't want to lose me, I really struggle as it makes me love her (how many people are we going to have love us in such a way in our lives?!) and so I really doubt whether I am doing the right thing.
Our relationship isn't helped by me being away at university and when we're together, it is great. However, I really struggle when we keep going for weeks without seeing each other. I find I forget why I love her and find it frustrating.
I'm pretty sure I want to break up due to the way I have these doubts and how when we're apart, I start to become distant from her and not that interested. I just really don't want to hurt her or regret what i'm doing. Advice would be hugely appreciated.

The fact is, if you just don't like her in that way anymore then you'd be a fool to continue to stay with her-its not fair on her.
The best thing to do (from my experience) is to just sit her down and just say so. But make sure she knows that you'll always love her and the reasons why.
If you do it gently, then she ma not cry. But don't ignore her and then dump her, because then she'll already be angry with you for ignoring her.
Also, don't get with some else soon afterwards-this hurts girls feelings, and text her every other week to check she's okay. That way your're breaking up with her in the nicest way possible.
Also, avoid saying things like "you deserve better" No matter how hard guys dress it up, the girl always feels worser for it.

Okay, so this sounds like your either going through typical things every teen goes throguh but wont admit to it, or you could be hypercondriac. Don't worry though your not alone.
It's best to maintain the balance of being in between. When you're really low, write down you're feelings and when you're really happy write them down then too. I'm no doctor, but this used to help me. Read one point off the sad sheet when you're happy and one point off the happy heet when you're sad.
Usualy these feelings go with your teens, but if not then consult your doctor, otherwise you could end up like this along time. Good luck :)
