What does it mean when a guy says maybe
So my friend asked this guy if he would go out with me && were both 11 ,he said he doesn't think he's ready for a girlfriend and maybe he might go out with me.He stares at me sometimes .Idk What do u think it means when he said maybe?

Although personally I agree that you are too young to be on this sight and also that you should no way be even thinking about boyfriends at your age-I'm gonna answer your question seeing as you obviously wrote on here for a reason..
When a guy says maybe it usually means yes but not right now. He can see you being together, but when he can't quite tell.
Boys are straight forward. He would never say maybe if it meant no-he'd confuse himself let alone you.

But I must say maybe means maybe you know? It means he isn't sure. But I personally take maybe as a no, because if he wanted a girlfriend he would of said yes?
and he also said he doesn't think he is ready. Which I understand still being a child! If he does go out with you take into consideration that he is all of a sudden ready. Is he ready or he is just going out with you for the sake of it?
I would advise that having a boyfriend at the age of 11 is only going to end in tears. Someone is going to get hurt and it's not going to last. Why waste your time.

You're 11 years old.. be a kid. Do you really want to grow up that fast? When I was 11.. I was outside playing sports and being a child..
I didn't worry about dating until my senior year of high school, besides do you really want baggage when your 19-20 years old.. "oh I have been dating for almost 10 years now.."
Do you really want to look back down the road and see how many heart breaks you have had?
As for future reference, you're 11 years old. You do not belong on this sight until your 13.
