Cramps and spotting... but my period ended a week ago?

I just got off my period about a week ago and now im having cramps and spotting. What does that mean?

GO TO THE DOCTOR! Your body knows when somethings wrong and you do too. So......the only person can let you know exactly what's going on is a professional in that field. Don't try to ignore it; your body is by far important. ITS YOURS!

It just means it's coming to an en so the flow is not as heavy.
I'm no doctor so can't give medical advice,but if the cramps continue to hurt try a hot water bottle. Better still, see the doctor about this and you can get tablets to ease the pain and things.
