So am I not the real deal if I choose to focus on myself inside than caring about clothes,trends,fashion and appearances? Yes I do know its good for making a good impression but being so into it everyday..it just seems pointless. And you have to look good to get respect? Sure not being a slob but i cant get respect because id rather just wear a simple tee and jeans without putting much thought into it instead going all dressy and stylish and whatever? Alright. Thank you for answering my question it was very helpful. I did some more research and i found out that oil gets rid of spots. I do not know how this works. It did not get rid of all my spots but i got rid of most of my blackheads overnight. And it even managed to get rid of my dark circles under my eyes. I think the reason it got rid of some of the spots is because the oil that i used had certain ingredients which have healing properties.( I just thought you might be interested since you answered my question) and also I will take your advice and try meditation. Thank you

Thanks. Yeah it's actually a start-up with one CEO, 5 full-time employees (a graphic designer, a webmaster, a platform developer, a content writer, and someone who gets clients)... plus me. So the CEO is the one who handles wages. I think that's where it gets so tricky and he can be so sneaky. "an intern is not an intern forever" that's the best way to put it! :) Thanks again.

Thanks for the advice! The reason I waited so long, was because I had training yesterday with my colleagues. I was so close to calling my manager and telling him that I was unavailable to come in today because I was sick. But I went, and I was asked to introduce myself first (isn’t it always the way?!) and just before, my heart was pounding. When I got going though, I was fine. I did it all completely without fail. I was relaxed, cool, composed – thanks to your advice. So thanks again!

Thanks and I get how you and others feel but this isnt someone who is exactly a rational person. She has done the entire family wrong. It's like I have 1 sister which is my other sister. I would do anything for my other sister but this 19 yr old...no. It's hard to. There's so much that she's done that I won't get in to. But I do thankyou for the advice. My mom has told us we have to treat her like she is the smallest one since she is like that. She is an oppertunist and we can't let her use us like that when we're older. But anyway, thanks.
