how do you remove frames from animation shop 3? (link)
|
When you're creating the icon, and you have too many frames, decide which one(s) you want to delete. When you decide, look at the top toobar and you should see a red X. Click on the frame you want deleted, so the blue rim is around the frame you want deleted. Once you've done that, click on your newly found red X. Voila! Deleted frame. = ] Another way to delete a frame is to right-click on the frame you want deleted, and find "delete frame" in the drop-down menu. There are other ways, but those two should work.

Hey. I know I should be doing my own homework, but I can't figure this out, and maybe you could help me. I have to figure out what this poem means and the literary elements: The way a crow
Shook down on me
The dust of snow
From a hemlock tree
Has given my heart
A change of mood
And saved some part
Of a day I had rued.
I'm really bad at english and poetry, so please help. Thanks. (link)

This is my take of it. I've broken it down and explained in my point of view:
Maybe there's a dreamer. One who always has her head in the clouds. She's dreaming about something wild and crazy. Something like, me or you gettin' married to Orlando Bloom. (HAH!) She's in a world of fantasy, and though she's happy while in the fantasy, she's depressed because real life isn't that way. The crow is sitting in the proverbial tree, and dusts her shoulders with snow. This "snow" brings her back to the real world. The crow helps her realize that though she might not marry Orlando Bloom, she should be content with what she's got because so many are so much more unfortunate. She's almost unhappy with herself that she ever thought that way because she's got so much, and wasn't thankful. This is why she's rueful.
Ah, that wasn't very good. Sorry.

I'm never really sure what to say to the question "I love your shoes! Where did you get them?" or any other clothing item because I really don't want to say anything to incriminate me. The popular kids will laugh if you answer anything like "target", "payless shoe store", or some other department store, and the kids that I'm friends with call me stupid if I tell them that I bought them at Hollister. What is a generic answer that I can say that will satisfy everyone? (link)
|
Ah, simply say "Thank you! Oh, someone gave them to me." Because it's true! Your mom probably gave you the money to buy them, or bought them with you. That makes it a gift if you did not pay her back. And if your mom gives you an allowance, and you used that to buy the shoes/clothes, it's still "a gift" because your mom didn't have to give you the pocket money.
Or, you could be proud of where you shop at and say it like it is. I do that.
"Where'd you get your T-shirt!?" "America's Thrift Store."

how can i make it so my byte size is less than 7168 or 7168? but still keep it at 50width and 50 height?im trying to make an icon for aim but i need to make it less than 7168bytes how do i make that so? (link)
|
When you're making the icon, chose your pixel size (50 px X 50 px). Create the icon. If your byte size is too large, go back into the Animation Shop and remove some of the frames. This is what causes the byte size to be larger or smaller.

You shouldn't be having sex at thirteen. You're not married. And, inevitably, unless you stay with this guy, constantly swaying to meet his sensual and sexual wants and craves, your friendship will be completely destroyed.
"and hes already experienced in that department and im not and well he wants to have sex with me" - You could get HIV, AIDs, an STD, or a BABY! You're thirteen, if you get HIV or AIDs, you'll never be able to have sex again because you'd give it to your partner. If you get an STD, you can't have sex with anyone else because you'd give it to them. If you have a baby, do you really think you're ready to take on such a task!? Even if he does wear a condom, they often break. You'll be emotionally distraught. Don't do it. Options:
- Invite a friend over that night, and tell him that you have a friend over. (sorry, too bad.)
- Just say NO!
- Get "sick" (fake it!)
Please, don't do this. You'll regret it. If you're lucky, you wont come out with an STD, baby, HIV or AIDs, but the chances are a bit high, don't you think?

For the past 3 years I have been walking home its al been safe and no one ever got hurt, untill today....
My sister (Shes 12 and in 5th grade) was walking hom with her boyfriend (same age as kate) like any other day and the light was green but no cars were comming so as kate waited for the light to turn red her boyfrined darted acoross the road for no cars were comming, it that short of time someone turned out of a parking lot a couple yards away and turned and hit the little boy, My little sister saw the accident and heard the band of the TRUCK hit the little boy flinging him and then stoped a couple feet away from where his body layed. He was life flighted to a hospital because he was bleeding and complaning about his back hurting. My sister has calmed down after being REALLLY upset and crying none stop for an hour shes not home right now shes with my dad and i want to know. Is he going to be okay? Hes little ., Whats the chance of his surviving? IT SCARES ME SOO MUCH BECAUSE IF SHE WOULD OF FOLLOWED HIM SHE WOULD BE IN MY SHOES,

There isn't a way to know for sure if he's going to make it out alright. With God's guidance and many prayers he will return to be a normal functioning child. But, because he's a smaller person, he took the brunt of the truck in a smaller place. Because he's smaller, however, there was less of him to hit. (make sense?)And, because he's smaller, he probably has more life and spirit in him than you're giving him credit for. Little kids always have bigger hearts and soaring spirits when life has got them down. Visit the child often, encourage him, tell him he looks alot better, that you love him, you're praying for him, that you're sure he's going to get well etc. Positive feedback is SUPER SUPER SUPER SUPER important to a child. If he isn't told that he has a reason to live, he's more likely to give up. Help him fight this battle. You can't do it all alone, of course, but you can help. You can't endure the pain he will, but you can be supportive and encouraging - which is what he needs.
He may have to have surgery. There is not a way of knowing if he will or not just from what you've said. He may have (MAY!) broken a rib or (yikes) his backbone. A rib is much easier to repair than is his backbone. Sadly, if his back is hurting, it could also mean internal damage. One of his kidneys may have been split, severed etc., or his pancreas, or liver. It is also likely that he has a colapsed lung. If the truck hit him the way you described, that probably would have colapsed (or at least bruised) one or both of his lungs. But, if he was breathing okay, then maybe his lungs weren't damaged. Hopefully he doesn't have brain damage; though a concussion would be expected. A concussion is not life threatening 99% of the time nor does it leave brain damage.
Pray like you've never prayed before for this boy. He needs it.
I wanna know what happens. If it is at all possible, let me know how he is doing.
You need a hug.
*hug* *hug* *hug* *hug* *hug* *hug* *hug* *hug* *hug* *hug* *hug* *hug*

well i play on a premier soccer team all year long. this is our 2nd season together and i am known to be the loud, crazy and just always vocal person. lately there have been alot of cliques starting because of all the girls that come from diffrent schools.. any advice on how i can try to make these cliques dissapear? or any activites that would bring the team together as one? (link)
|
Be a crowd surfer or a "Social butterfly". Don't get sucked into any one of the cliques - go through and hang out with all of them. Be friends with all of the girls on the team. Make a point to chat with all of them, give praise to all of them, and to hang out with all of them. You'd be amazed at how much this alone will make the cliques disperse. Also, talk to your coach. Tell him/her your concerns, and ask their advice. Perhaps the coach will be able to give you some insight, or maybe do some training excercises where the girls have to be split up. Encourage the girls to be friends with everyone and when you're with one person, call a few others over. Help everyone get off to a great start as friends, and continue hanging out. I understand that it's difficult because all the girls come from different schools; but make it a point to know everyone's name, and to introduce everyone to eachother. Invite people over to your house to hang out, go see a movie, hang out at the park or bowling alley. Do stuff together as friends, and that will help you be together as a team.

When is it acceptible to say "I love you"? How soon is too soon, and when is the point that if you havent heard it should you wonder? 20/male (link)
|
It is acceptable to say "I love you" as soon as you feel it. If you don't love her, don't say it. If you're wondering (worrying) because your girlfriend hasn't said "I love you", it's probably because she wants you to make the first move. I know that I was scared to say it first, and she probably is too. Just whenever you're talking to her, and you're about to hang up the phone, or leave your computer, or part ways in person, just say something like "Alright, see you later, I love you". Kinda just throw it in there. She'll probably be shocked (and relieved!) and say it right back to you. Now, I wouldn't recommend dating a girl for like, two weeks, then throw that in her face. That's TOO SOON. She's going to think that you're just wanting something out of it (probably thinking that you want to have sex, nothing more - when that's probably not true at all). You have to wait, build the relationship, grow together as friends, as more than friends. Be completely comfortable around each other so that you can talk without being afraid. Only when you can do these things is it appropriate to say "I love you". Don't be shy, though. If your relationship meets the above recommended qualities, don't hesitate to say "I love you"! It's worse not to say it when the time is right than to say it when the time is all wrong.

ok i am curious.....what is the difference between hunters and jumpers?? i want to do jumpers but i dont know what hunter are. what are the differences between the two? are you judged differently?? please only people who know answer......i rate really high!!!! (link)
|
Of COURSE there is a difference between Hunters and Jumpers! They are judged differently and compete in different classes. Here is a list of the classes Hunters would compete in, a brief description of the class, and how the class is judged:
Hunter Under Saddle: The horse will not be competing over jumps in this class; riders are judged, not the horses. The rider must look good upon the horse, so it is important to have a smooth riding horse. The rider will be judged at all gaits: Walk, extended walk, trot, extended trot, canter, extended canter, and hand gallop. Lead changes, circles, and reverses are included in this package class.
Hunt-Trail: The horse and rider must navigate through a sort of obstacle course. This class is almost like a Trail class in an English saddle. The horse and rider are judged for teamwork, savvy, and calmness. The horse is judged for reliability and obedience. Some obstacles on the course might include: fallen log, opening/closing a gate, going over a bridge, and jumping over a small jump. This is not a timed event, going fast will only cause you to lose points.
Hunter Over Fences: As the name suggests, this is a Hunter class over fences. The horse and rider will be judged for fluidity, togetherness, grace, and form. The horse will be judged for its form over fences, the rider for his/her form on the horse. This is timed, but if you rush, you will only lose points.
Now, Jumpers don't do ANYTHING on the flat, whereas Hunters are free to compete in classes such as English Equitation, Working Hunter, Hunter on the Flat, just to name a few. Jumpers compete in the following classes:
Show/Stadium Jumping: A timed course of jumps in a show ring. Rider is not judged at all. Horse is judged for form over jumps, fluidity, and obedience. For each pole you knock off of each jump, there is a penalty. If you jump clear, you are entered in a jump off with all the other riders who jump clear. Each jump off consists of less - but larger - jumps and less time to jump them.
Cross Country Jumping: This is jumping over brick walls, fallen logs, windmills and anything else you might could think of. The rider must keep their head at all times, must not get lost, stay on course, and navigate tricky jumps. This is an outside - and timed - event. Most Novice courses are a mile long; but the advanced courses can be twenty miles long.
Three Day Eventing: This class can be entered by Hunters, but it is rare. Eventers are expected to do well in a Show Jumping course, a Dressage class, as well as a Cross Country class. Judged overall for fluidity, grace, obedience, horse and riders forms, willingness, and savvy.
I prefer Hunters to Jumpers, but that's me. I love to compete in the Hunter Over Fences classes; but the horse I have now doesn't really like to jump. I love her too much to let her go, and I've taken a serious break from showing now. Perhaps down the road I will show with my younger mare, but showing isn't an option right now for me. Have fun with your jumping!!

today when i was riding horses with my mom and aunt my mom told me that my mole...its like on the side of my chin...she told me that it was changing colors....she said that it was getting darker, and that we should go to a doctor and get it checked out and my aunt agreed...and now i cant get my mine off of it...what if it is cancerous(sp?) it makes me really worried. so my question is...if i do get this mole removed will it hurt?? does it leave scars?? (sorry so long..ill rate high!) please help!!! (link)
|
The process of getting the mole remove doesn't really hurt. Of course, after the anesthetic has worn off it will hurt - but only about as much as a scrape from falling on the concrete does. Leaving scars? Well, it might. If you get the mole frozen off, there might be a smaller scar, but freezing moles off hurts more. If you get an anesthetic and have the doctor cut it off, there will be less pain, but more chance of a scar. The doctor will test the mole to see if it's cancerous or not, then he/she will talk with you. If the mole is cancerous, the doctor will see how far down the cancer goes, and then discuss your options. If the mole isn't cancerous, they'll just remove it.

I am in 7th grade and I am in level math... Next year I am skipping Pre-Algebra and taking Algebra.. can any1 give me any expectations or any math tips? Thanks a bunch! (link)
|
You'll regret skipping Pre-Algebra. Trust me. I skipped it (long story) and Algebra is so much harder for me. Yeah, I'm not failing, but it's not easy. (of course, the book I'm using doesn't help...)
Just study hard, if you have questions, ask them. If there are two negatives, it makes a positive, if there are three negatives, it makes a negative; if there are four negatives, it makes a positive, if there are five negatives, it is a negative. (etc., etc. if it's an even number of negatives it's positive, if it's an odd number of negatives it's a negative. Confusing, yes. Hard, not really)
Keep your chin up.
If you see a problem that looks like the following, don't be intimidated.
-[-(-{-(-4)})] = -4
If you counted, there are five negative signs. That makes the four a negative. The following problem results in a positive number:
-[-(-{-(3)})] = 3 (or +3 - whichever you prefer)
In algebra, problems look very scary, but they're really not that hard. Take the following problem as an example: (Sorry I can't do the correct symbols.. oops. lol)
mn + m (to the "N" power) = n (to the "M" power) + (the "N" root of) m if m = 4 and n = 2
[Here's how you should write the problem out. "X" stands for multiply or 'times'. when a number has asterisks seperating it from something, it means X number to the x power. Like 4*2* would mean 4 squared]
4 x 2 + 4*2* + 2*4* + [square root of] 4
4 x 2 + 8 + 16 + 2
8 + 8 + 16 + 2
16 + 17
34
As you can tell, I continously made the problem smaller by solving one part of it at a time. I never put an equals ( = ) sign. In Algebra, you don't use them. The last number at the bottom of the problem is the answer you're graded on. If you didn't put the answer at the bottom, sorry - it doesn't count.
Another indimitating problem looks like this:
xxyyx*2*y*3*x*3*y*4*
You see, you add the numbers that are next to a certain letter (x or y) and then order the letters next to each other (x's together, y's together) so that the answer looks something like this:
xxxx*5* + yyyy*7*
Yeah, I think that's all I can help you with though. Algebra isn't all that hard if you understand it. I hope this helped!!

how do i uninstall deadAIM? (link)
|
If you're running Windows XP, I can help. Any other Microsoft system will be similar, but I can give step-by-step instructions with XP.
1. Go to "Start". Click.
2. On the extreme right of your start menu, you'll see three sections. In the middle section, there will be a link called "Control Panel". Click.
3. There should be a list of options. Find "Add or Remove Programs". Click.
4. A new window should pop up, complete with a list of programs on your computer. (These should be listed alphabetically). Find AIM and you'll see a button on the extreme right that says "Remove/Change". Click.
5. A blue screen will pop up, and so will a little grey text box. Follow the instructions. After clicking "next" a few times, you'll be asked to select "Yes" or "No". If you want AIM, find "Yes". Click.
6. Computer will automatically remove AIM. Congrats.
7. If you want the AIM icons gone, right click them and find "Delete". Click.
8. All done!
Easy enough, right? If you're not running XP, it will be similar in other Microsoft programs, but not the exact same. If you're on an Apple, Mac or other computer, I can't help. Sorry.

P.S. - What is "deadAIM"?

What make up would look good with that? I need eyeliner, eye shadow, lipstick/gloss, and other things.
I'll rate 5's for anyone that gives me the name of the make up, and where i can get it. I will also definately rate you a 5 if you also give me links to cute jewelry.
Ill rate 1's for jerks. (link)
|
OO... pretty! (seriously, you'll look fab in that.)
But, I think that if you do dark make-up (not overdoing it, but dark) eyeliner (black) and black mascara, with a turquoise eye shadow and a just a plain shiney lip gloss with, at most, a rose tint, you'll look beautiful. You have a very pretty face. To set off your cheekbones, you could try some light light blush, but that's not even important.
I think this jewelry will look pretty. But I'm into the "Indian" stuff.
http://www.tumbleweedtwostep.com/necklaces1.htm
In any case, turquoise and onyx will look pretty because it's the right colors for your dress. You might want some cute earrings and a long (but not outrageous) necklace.

Nah. I'm the same as you. I'm not abnormal. The "most" that I've done with a guy: hug, say "I love you". Nothin' too special. You're not weird. It's a good thing that you're nervous; because if you're not nervous, and you're straightforward and flirty - you'll end up on a road that you don't want to be on. Stay the way you are, Maddie.

if a guy is 18...and im 15...doesnt that mean im "underage" for him or something like that? how does all that work? how old do i have to be until im not "underage"? and how am i "underage"? please just tell me how all this works....thanx :o) (link)
|
You're a minor if you're under eighteen years of age. If you have sex with a man who is eighteen years of age or older, and you're less than eighteen, it is considered rape - no matter what. It's illegal for a minor (someone under 18) to do "stuff" with someone who is over 18. This is because at eighteen, you're an adult. If you're younger than eighteen, you're still a kid. That's just how the law goes.

Hey guys,
I have to make a poetry book in English, and I can't think of a good title that I could create for my book. My topic for the poems that I chose to pick was on LOVE. If anyone could help me try to think of a good title that I could use, I'd really appreciate it! I'll rate you a 5 if you try to help me atleast a little! Thank you so much! I have to create 4 of my own poems on love, and I've already made a few of them, so if anyone wants to read them and let me know if their good or not, please let me know. I'd share them with you so I can get your opinion on them! Alright, thank you so much! :-) (link)
|
Use a good line from one of your poems, or something like:
Straight From My Heart To Yours
Soul Fire
Amazing Love
Hidden Conceptions
From The Soul
Heartfelt Connections
Sweet Nothings
Passion's Everliving Fire ('everliving' can be omitted)
Mystery Of Love
Uh, there's a few. I don't know how bad/good they are for you.
I'd love to read your poems! Just "ask" me a question which contains your poems, and I'll tell you what I think, and, if you'd like, I'll include a love poem that I wrote, too.

I have a question.. ok alot of guys always ask if im horny. Like online. If im like never.. i think its like low when they wanna cyber or have phone sex. im just looking for a friendly chat deal.. does that mean im gay?! Just cuz im not horny?! (link)
|
That's nasty. No, you're not gay - you're just clean! STAY THAT WAY! That's nasty - and low. Cyber/phone sex is stupid, and pointless. Premarital sex is just as bad. Just make it very clear that you don't want to do that crap, just a normal conversation! Just because you don't let your hormones rule your body doesn't make you gay. It's a good thing that you're not "horny". Bleh, gross. I don't care if you're 16 or 600 - that's still nasty. You're not gay.

OK, this is really wierd, but whenever i look into somewhere dark, i see white blurs in the shapes of people. When i try to get a closer look they disapper. it freaks me out- a lot! when i walk into my room, i see a white blur on my bed in the dark. where can i take this problem? what is this?! (link)
|
They're not ghosts or dead people. Don't listen to people who say that. It is a problem with your rods and cones and pupils in your eyes. I have the same thing. I don't know what the scientific term is, but your eyes are having trouble adjusting to the darkness and are catching slivers of light from outside, a nightlight, under the door etc. and reflecting that light so you can see better. That's what your pupil is for. Your muscles in your eye might be lazy, or lax. Or perhaps the rods and cones are damaged. Maybe both. I think it's damaged rods and cones, though. There isn't a way to fix it, just go keep lights on, and gradually dim the light so it's not a "100 watt light on.. complete darkness" situation. That's going to hurt your eyes. You could sleep with your closet light on, or the bathroom/hall light, or even a nightlight, and that should seriously reduce the problem. You could go see an opthamologist (eye doctor - I don't think I spelled that right) and they might perscribe glasses or something, but it's not a serious problem with your eyes. It's all in your head. Just convince yourself and believe that it's nothing supernatural - only your rods and cones. Nothing more. Nothing less.
