13/f, my grandmother used to be okay, never used to get into my way, always feeding us, and helping us. I went to this award banquet, and she didn't like what I was wearing. When she described what I should wear, it was a wedding dress. I explained that for this occasion, you just wear simple things, but she didn't listen. I went the way I looked anyhow. Everyone who passed us, she would say, you see how that person has that... and other what nonsense. She said how my breasts were sticking out. Bra or no bra, of course it would show, I have breasts, wouldn't the shape and size of it show? Now for graduation, she's forcing to dress up in some wedding gown thing. My mom had to tell her no. My grandmother thinks that I'm dressing the wrong way. What's her problem?

grandparents are like that. they always think their right. the way they think is the right way and nothing else is. all i can say is your going to have to tatke little comments and stuff from your grandmother and have your mom help you along the way when your grandmother forces you to do something.

you should definatly stay with her.. who gives a shit if shes a year younger than you.. guys date girls all the time that are a lot younger than a year. your friends seem to just be dumb about it. if you like her a lot you would be stupid to break up with her.

heres a simple question, am i weird? i am 13 and i like old songs like by the 4 seasons and i have them on my ipod and stuff. and also ALOT of other oldies or old songs. not just oldies, like stuff from 80's and 70's. and i loved the jersey boys musical. i dont think of myself as a geek. i also love new songs but i love old songs just as much, am i a little.. odd?

okay first of thats being different if anything. to a lot of people i know different is wierd but the world is starting to realize that being different is great. the key is to always be yourself.. that doesnt necesarily mean dont follow the trends. you can follow the trends and pick and choose the ones you like therefore be yourself at the same time. hope i helped.

Okay I got this friend and she's a girl, and she so calls me her bestfriend but I don't too much see the benefits of the friendship. The only thing I know is that she says she loves me(I dont know it she means it) and she jealous of me when around other girls. The other night she says we don't have a normal friendship but a complicated one. And if it can't be a normal friendship then what is a complicated one? I don't even think she cares about me when I'm not around! So should I leave her alone, pay her less attention, or work on the relationship?

i think you should work on the relationship. its never a good thing to just give up people. to me it sounds like your friend likes you or thinks you like her and the reason its "complicated" is because of that.

well my boyfriend is having a birthday party in a while and there will be a ton of people there. But its at his house so his mom and dad will be there. I want to look good but i also dont want to look all slutty so any ideas of what to wear?

i have a boyfriend, lets call him [ X ] and my bestfriend is telling me she really likes this other guy, lets call him [ A ]. but everytime i'm hanging out with my bf X and my bestfriend, she's always flirting with him. and i think she might like him, but i dunno how to tell her to just stop w/o hurting her feelings.

maybe tell her you have to talk to her about her and your bf.. then when it comes time to say it tell her how if you say it it might come out wrong and you dont want her getting mad. then blurt it whatever which way it comes out of your head and if she happens to get mad or offended by it.. you at least tried. :/ hope i helped.

Well, I have this friend. He's not super close, but he is a good friend of mine. We have had a lot of talks about smoking pot when several of my friends started and I said "no one thinks it's a big deal anymore and I don't get it." He said "I still think it's a big deal and I think it's pointless and would never try because I would be too scared." Then, he showed up to my friend's party high and I don't get it. I thought he meant that and I haven't had the chance to talk to him yet. I'm really upset about it, and I don't know what to say to him. Does anyone have any idea how to deal with something like this? Like what to say to him?

ive always said i would never smoke anything and this past year being a freshman in high school ive been wanting to try weed and stuff like that. the reason your friend might of gotten high that day is because of stress. its really hard to deal with stress on your own sometimes. maybe talk to him about anything going wrong in his life and ask him if you can help.

My b-day is July 1st and I REALLLY want to have a party like extremly badly but my house is really small and I want to invite about 25 girls. Its a little late to have a pool party and I just don't know what I could do for a party. I'm going to be 15 and I've only had like 2 b-day parties ever and I have a list of 25 girls already but I just don't know what to do. Any ideas are great WILL RATE

you could always try having it at a best friends house or maybe in your backyard. having it at your best friends house isnt out of the ordinary because best friends houses are normally like home. ask your best friend about that and maybe even offer her some money to do it there. im sure she wouldnt take it anyway.

Me and my firend have been best firend sence 2nd grade (now were in highschool).We had a little fight(blown out of proportion)our first fight! and we have been firends for like 8 years. Anyway that was months ago it only lasted about two days.I have noticed that our firendship seems to be fading. One of my other firend amy has been hanging with my bestfirend alot, basically everyday. She barly hangs out with me let alone anyone else now adays because she is always with amy. I feel bad and don't want to say anything because amy died died last summer and she really needs someone to support her. My other firends also commented on her always with amy and she got really mad.What should I do? Just stand back and watch our firendship fade?

stuff like that happens with a lot of best friends.. a lot of them get over it though. they get over it because their good enough best friends... but even sometimes they dont even with the best of best friends. your friendship might fade away now but one day shell realize that it faded away and talk to you about it. just make sure theres no reason for her to say its your fault. also.. always be there if she needs you. no matter how good of a friend she is with amy.. kind of let her know youll always be there if she needs you no matter what. when best friends say best friends for ever its always good to mean it.

so my face is kinda pimply..so i wash it nighly and which dries it out, gets rid of the pimples but i'm left with a dried out face that peels a lot..can anyone recocomend a great face moisturizer that wont make my face oily and bring back pimples? I tried that dual action moistrizer by clean and clear

with acne its normally best to go to the dermatologist. everyone i know that has had acne problems that went to the dermatologist, afterward felt so happy because it was almost like the stuff worked like magic. some arent as lucky and have really bad acne that cant be helped as easily. going to the dermatologist might be a huge step to a clear face.

i really dont know... normally you should just say what comes out at the moment but that can be really mean sometimes, without meaning to. all i can say to you is that one day soon you might end up liking the guy after him asking you to the dance and to watch out for that.

well im 15 and something i would like for valentines day is maybe a funny card that says something sweet and a stuffed animal, or even a stuffed animal and balloons. anything like that i would love. it doesnt cost much ether. the balloon are maybe 67 cents each and it doesnt have to be a big stuffed animal maybe like a 3 dollar cute sized one!! well i hope i helped and i hope she likes whatever you get her.

My GPA is a 4.1 something, and I am very proud. But this semester, I'm taking an AP class and it's extremely difficult. I don't know if I can even pass and I'm getting worried. Please answer the following questions:

1) Is getting a D bad?
2) Is failing one class bad?

I know that I'm not aiming for a D nor an F, but I'm just wondering. Please don't be mean or discouraging, yet be honest, too...=(

ok well im a guy that almost exactly a year ago to date fell in love with a girl the moment i saw her, she walked in and i knew that i would feel the way i do now. I've told her somewhat how I've felt before and she still doesnt like me, she seems to like the guys who would treat her like shit, im not necessarily a nice guy but i have no clue what to do to get her. She is a nice girl and when i say a nice girl I mean it, shes never even kissed a guy. Im in love with her so much and i just want to know how to get her.

first of all, thats really cute. i know so many girls including myself that wish that someone was in love with them like you are with this girl. i think all you can do is make sure she knows how much you love her. alot of girls go for the guys that are gunna treat them like shit. i go for the asswholes too and im just realizing this now. hopefully ill be able to change the way i think. love has a strange way of working. i think all you can do keep trying and doing what ever it is your doing and let everything take its coarse. it sucks being in love when the person might not love you back. i just hope the people it happens too will be okay! i hope i helped in some way.
