15/f. i'm 5'3" and i weight about 135. i want to loose like 15-20 pounds. but my mom wont let me. my dad says it wouldnt hurt. i need advice on what to eat or do, no diet pills or anything because i dont want my mom knowing but any specific foods should i eat? i know most of the usual fruits, veggies, noo beef or junk food. but anything in specific or any specific workouts? thankss! all you need to do is run everyday, you might not lose weight cause you will burn fat but gain muscle but you will look like you lost weight and thats probably what you are shooting for.

okay so im blonde. and people sometimes serouisly think that im dumb - just because im blonde. and it kinda pisses me off at times cuz they treat me like im just stupid. and im not. i get A's and B's on like everything and get pretty upset if i get like a ac or lower. and still even if i tell people that im smart, they just think im stupid. what should i do? Laugh at them... make sure you point your finger at them while laughing so they know your laughing at them, this way they feel stupid and its fun.

first off, i do not have annorexia or bulimia. i always watch what i eat & exercise a few times a week. the thing is, if i do eat something out or fattening, i am ALWAYS thinking about it & cry over it. i know i have to eat & i hate throwing it up, so i do not do those things. i skip meals a lot. what is it that i have?? i think i am afraid of becoming fat but a lot of people say i might have an eating disorder mentally & just don't follow through with not eating//throwing it up. i can't fix it. i've tried & many people say i am not fat. but i think i am & i also afraid of getting there. i'm around 5'9 & 145ish lbs. idk. any ideas??

my whole life my parents were hardly ever on my case about anything. Now im 18 and im trying to get out of the house more. And they dont like it they say im never home to do anything. I work retail 35-40 hours a week and the expect me to come home after work and clean the house & do a million loads of laundry. My mom has a job and she doesnt do much at her job except sit around. But she doesnt come home and clean up anything because she believes that since she works she doesnt have to clean.
i have 2 siblings that are old enough to do luandry and they havent touched the washer or dryer since we moved a year ago.
i bought myself a tracfone with my money and my dad told me i dont deserve it.
i started seeing this guy and my mom tells me that im not aloud to touch him, kiss him, be out late with him, go back to his place. BUt before i turned 18 i was aloud out with every guy that i wanted to be out with.
I feel that im old enough to make my own decisions but my parents arent making life any easier for me. Im so sick of this crap.

ok, tell them that your not always going to be around and remind them that being 18 your almost going to be going off on your own. Tell them your just trying to be independant so your ready to leave -- or something of that manor.

Ever since i was born i was always the one in the family that didn't fit in. and it's coming close to a year since my mum and dad split..for the past year, i've stuck with my mum and helped her with everything...her divorce sorting out her finances..i've even skipped school to go see her solicitor with her. And whilst that was going on, my brother was doing drugs, smoking, and drinking.
And i guess i can't cope anymore...i try so hard to please my mum, get top grades and help her out, but all she can do is favour my brother over me..my brother practically rules the house, anythings he doesn't agree with has to change and everything he wants to do he does.
So..I'm on the verge on suicide because no-one in my family can give me the time of day and i spend all my day trying to please them.
P.s no matter what happens i am cutting my brother out of my life totally..i don't care about him at all, he's a mirror image of my dad and trust me that isn't a good thing.
Any ideas on what i can do to try and make me stop feeling like this. and don't bloody recommend counselling :| (link)

When you grow up, your mom and brother wont be there. It will only be you. You need to start doing things for yourself and forget about them. Get top grades so that your life will be better when you move beyond your family. Learn to appease yourself. Believe it or not, you have to come to terms with the fact that you will outgrow your family, and you need to be appeasing yourself not them for that reason. Live for yourself.

right i get parranoid pretty easily but anyway this is sort of hard to explain but some one please give me the odds. basically yesterday me and my girl freind were goin to have sex we put the condom on and so on about 5 mins later i cheked to see if the condom was on it wasnt so i stopped immediatly NO CHANCES right anyway today my girl freind starts sayin she isnt feeling very well and her stomach hurts. so when i got home i had a search on the internet and things like that they said that precum can mae a girl pregnant. can some one please just give me a hand and tell me the odds if shes pregnan or not and what do i do if she is becuase i cannot let my parents or hers find out because my mum and dad would disown me. by the way im not a man whore or anything like that i had sex with my girl freind becuase we have had an amazing relationship and i love her . if any one could give me a hand on this i would be truly grateful (link)

I have this sleeping probelm it's like iam always tired even though I go to bed at 9:00pm and wake up about 6:00am in the morning to get ready for school and even though thats about 9 hours of sleep each night and that's how much sleep iam suppose to get and last night I went to bed at 8:00pm and I was still tired all day at school today and I was wondering why i've been so tired lately what should I do?

The only thing I can tell you is that most of us "nice" guys are shy so you have to initiate conversation yourself. Also, if you are good looking, some guys will instantly assume your out of their league, you have to find a way to show that your not.
Nice guys are most often nerds/geeks/losers who dont drink or do drugs. (I can tell you that as a guy myself, most of the people who do drink and do drugs are assholes to their girls.)
To put yourself out there, just talk to the guys, flirt, and do things with them. Invite him to do stuff with you and your friends --to the movies and whatnot.

uhh, could you be a little more specific. What do you want to do with gimp? They have the help manual you can download with it. The user manual is located here: http://docs.gimp.org/en/

Just fool around with it, your sure to find out by trial and error; thats how I did it.

My two best friends just recently started drinking over the summer. I have been away and just found out about this recently. I however, dont want to start drinking they are, I think it is pretty pointless and I dont need alcohol to have a good time. I KNOW that I am able to say no if I am put into a pressuring situation by them, but I am afraid our friendship isnt the same anymore. Look, if your worried about your friendship then thats understandable. I agree and alcohol isnt needed for a good time. If your friends want to move on to bigger and better things just ride it out, saying no to w/e they want and when they get too far away from you go find new friends.

Is there any type of site where I can download paint shop for free ? Because id really like to edit my pictures for myspace nicely. You know how some peoples pictures on myspace ; they have a white fade type frame around the outside of the picture & they can also change the color to like purple or something. But just certain parts of it. I tried to google it but nothing came up. So if you can send me a site to where I can download it for free just to do that sorta stuff id really appreciate it.
