Could be a migraine. Talk to your doctor to know for sure. If it is a migraine, you are supposed to avoid light and noise and lay in a quiet room. Some natural food stores have things to try. If it worsens or becomes frequent, definately see a doctor.

Coke, like the soda.
Our clinic gives it out if you have a headache.
The caffine bubbles are supposed to relieve the pain, it usually works for me :)

Good Luck <3

Chug 2 bottles of gatorade. Why it works is beyond me, but it does.

Get in a hot shower. Hot as you can stand. If you have a shower massage better yet. Let it beat on your head and neck for a while. Might be stress or
something.

If the pain is still really bad after that then you might want to seek medical attention. :)

If it is really that bad and painkillers are not helping, please go to your local chemist/pharmicist and ask for their advice. They will be able to tell you what to take for it or whether you need to see a doctor. Never take chances with your health especially concerning the head. Good luck.
