theres this girl called sally who keeps stealing boys of people i no its pathetic but it soo annoying!
Theres this boy sam who i really like and we were getting really close the first time i met him then she came along and he moved onto her and because she flirts so much he believes she likes him and i like him ALOT! But shes just stringing him along as she usually does with boys.. i realy dont no what to do .. but hes coming to the beach tomorrow with his friend and im not sure hw to react and to be around him?

Just act normal. Talk to him, and flirt, but with honesty.

And wear a cute swimsuit ;D

I'm sure there's a guy network, much like the girl network. Where if a guy screws with a girl, she'll tell her friends and then it's a chain eraction and no girl wants to date that guy.

so with summer coming around the corner, i`m finding it hard to loose some of the extra weight i gained over the winter. what good diet pills could i take to help move the process along faster?

I really don't recommend diet pills. They're dangerous and are hard on your body.

They deprive your body of absorbing fats, and fats have nutrients that your body needs to function. So it's very dangerous and they contain many chemicals that are not safe.

The only thing you can do it eat less calories than you burn.

Maybe try grazing, where you eat 5 very small meals throughout the day, instead of 3 huge heapings of food.

And exercise. Also no junk food. Trust me just watch what you eat, work out more than you eat, and drink water, and you should be able to knock off the weight easy.

Just dont go with the pills. They aren't doctor recommended and are very unhealthy and dangerous.

Ok, I'm 17/f and I have a problem with this guy. Last summer I got introduced to him through mutual friends. We hung out ONCE for a few hours the day before I went to San Diego on vacation. We just went to the park and then to hang out at a fast food place where the guy works. Well, I went on vacation and long story short, he told me he was IN LOVE with me and asked me out. I wasn't attracted to this guy in the slightest and the "love" thing weirded me out. So, I NICELY turned him down.

I didn't talk to him again until the next school year (this year) and he barely spoke to me. I was fine with that because I didn't even know him. Well, I just recently started talking to him online and everything is fine. He compliments me a lot but whatever. My best friend was telling me that he told her how much he likes me again and how "not even God" could help him with this one.

He asked me to go to the park with him last night (for today) and he was at work so he told me to call him when I woke up. Well, I'm volunteering today so I can't go anywhere, but I'm really confused. I feel really bad for him to reject him twice, but I'm not going to date him out of pity.

I just need a way to turn him down without making everything weird. The thing is, no matter how much he likes me, he won't talk to me at school or even at the prom! I'm in one of his classes and he just doesn't say anything to me. And at prom he ignored me completely but later told my best friend that he really wanted to dance with me but he was too nervous. If you like someone, don't you at least TALK to them?

I just need something to say to him to not piss him off or hurt his feelings. I don't want to lie with something like "I'm not looking for a bf right now" or "my parents won't let me date"...I want a real statement but I want to give a reason this time so he doesn't do it again.

I may be 17 but I've never had guy trouble like this before. Help!

Just be like

"Hey, we need to talk."
Then;
"I know you like me, but I can't go out with you because we don't share those same feelings. It would never work out. For two people to be happy together they each have to feel the same way towards eachother. I'm sorry, but lets just talk and be friends."

That's the best I could come up with. You don't have to say exactly that, just something similar about how you dont exactly feel the same way.

I download stuff from Limewire, But it's too slow... I want to downlod "knocking on heaven's door" and "let it be" but it doesn't even get connected... Help...

Make sure you get the ones that are compatible with your computer.

Like if you have a speedy high tech computer, then you need to look at T3 and higher. Or if it's a little slow, and not as high tech and new, then download ones with Cable/DSL.

Also if you're downloading songs without sources, it won't connect because it cannot find the song. So you have to download the ones with lots of sources and the right internet thing.

But also some songs are protected, you can tell if you get a bunch of 99 99 99 99 99 99 90 90 90 98 98 98 on the sources, if it's a bunch of repeating sources, choose one of the lowers ones, because the others are protected.

And also be sure to download the right type, like itunes, or windows media player.

So your ideal song would look something like this;

32 Knocking on heavens door T3/Higher

tomorrow night is this carazzyyy dance. everyone goes crazy when they are there you are supposed to get way crazy and have the time of your life. i really like this one kid(joe) alot. this other kid(dan). well dan is going to the dance tm. he really wants to hook up with me but the only reason why i would is cause i like to hook up with people and i would just do it for fun. i have NO feelings for dan though and i really don't want joe to find out. should i hook up with him or with other guys? or not at all?

Personally I wouldn't do it. It's gonna be really fun, but you're gonna regret it if you like Joe so much.

And youll get labeled and all that jazz and your life will be living drama.

But if you don't mind that, and you can't stay commited anyway, then go ahead. I have a friend who parties and drinks and makes out with 7 guys in one night. but it's just fun for her, because she isn't looking for a serious relationship.

So if you want a commited relationship with thsi Joe kid, don't do it. But if you're just in it for the fun, then go for it.

Unless of course you mean, Hook-up in reference to sex. If that's the case, then no. If you have to ask whether or not to have sex with these random guys, then you clearly aren't ready. So please do not do it if you are speaking of sex.

"Hooking up" can mean two things; sex or making out.

If it's making out, follow the first advice.
It it's sex, Follow the later advice.

You have downloaded a song with a virus attatched to it.

Norton is telling you this, scan your computer using Norton and find the virus.

Then have Norton fix it and delete Limewire and reinstall if you wish.

I have all 3 of those things :P
just rid of the virus using Norton before it harms your computer more.

My friend always has these giant parties. Its a sleepover and what my mom doesn't know is that well.... there may be boys coming for the night. I'm 5'7" and 132 lbs. I don't want to lose any weight. I just want to tone up some areas that I'm not particularly happy about.

1-I have taken dance for over 15 years and I've recently stopped due to an injury. I've noticed a little extra fat on my inner thighs, but is there any way to work that out without working my outer thighs? I don't want to add any muscle mass to my thighs because they are already muscular.

2-My lower belly. I know most girls do have a little extra fat below their belly buttons. The upper part of my stomach is flat. I just want to tone up the lower part a little.

Would Zone Pilates help without adding muscle mass, and if not, what should I try? I do have a serious knee injury, so I can't run or do a lot of cardio. I am very good with my diet. No carbonated beverages, no fast food, no sweets. 6 small meals throughout the day with lots of fruits and veggies. I'm already doing crunches for my stomach. (100-150 per day)

Zone Pilates would be perfect.
They add muscle but without the bulk; so they tone.

It's very effective, and a serious ab workout.

And keep up with the crunches.

ive been in love with the same guy for 3 years, but i cant have him because he moved away. and about a month ago, i met this kid and we liked eachother. he told me yesterday that he liked me. and i kinda liked him too. he walked with me to all of my classes yesterday and was like all over me. people asked if we were going out thats how bad it was. i dont get free texting and me n him texted like 30 times yesterday. i jacked up my bill... he called me babe and we almost kissed twice. today, i knew he wasnt going to be there at the beginning of the day today. he showed up at the end and after school, i walked by him with my friend and he never said anything. so i went up to him and was expecting a hug like yesterday, and he was with a guy friend so he only gave me like a friendly hug. yesterday, he would wrap his arms around my waist and wouldnt let go for like a minute.

i sat by him today after school and he gave me a "friendly" hug and walked off with his friend. i decided to give him a chance since the guy that i love, i can never have, and in the end, its never going to work out and i shouldnt spend my whole life trying.

idk what to do. i really like this kid, but he treated me like shit today. he only texted me once. which was a shock. should i bitch to him about it tomorrow or just let it slide?

Don't stress over this guy thats moved. You're just gonna miss out on your current life right now.

And it sounds to me that this guy does like you, but maybe his friends are jerks, or he's a bit shy to let them know just yet.

And I wouldn't bitch to him about it, `cause that just makes you seem like you need all the attention. It's a huge turn off for guys.

Just give it time. I'm a huge believer in fate and such. I think if y'all were meant to be together than you will be. :]

If you straighten your hair everyday, your hair becomes damaged and fried. And then it's not attractive.

Now if you just got it permantely straightened, it wouldn't be so bad.

But keep in mind, that guys usually prefer curly hair :P

lately ive been noticing my dark circles under my eyes get worse everyday and i hate them! i go to sleep around 10 or 11 and for some strange reason been waking up around 4 am i know strange anyone got tips on what to do?

Go to bed earlier.
And for now just use cover-up so they're not as noticeable.

They'll only go away with more rest. So stop going to sleep so late, and maybe try 9-9:30.

15/female, freshman... ok so I swore to myself I'd try to never get involved with the guys in high school until a few months ago. This one really nice junior just ended up strinking a random conversation with me and for some reason I was (strange as it sounds)hooked. alright, there's this guy named Drew. we're not incredibly close, but he sits next to me in science and is in a couple of my classes, so we're friendly with eachother. so today we had to get colored pencils in english, and they were all on his desk so i walked over there, grabbed a box and walked away. well he like smiled at me and then like got a "serious" look and grabbed the colored pencils and was like, "what do you think your doing? put that back!!!" it was weird though, was he like trying to flirt? (he flirts with alot of girls) or just joking around? or like something else? lol thanks.

Ok well im a guy 15... and I dont think that I am but i might be cocky. Cuz i think im hot and well lots of other people have told me too. But im not sure whether or noit im cocky. I dont like say i am, but I know that I am pretty good looking. I wouldnt say that I was a beast or anything though

Do you put others down by saying you're more attractive than them?

If you said no to these, chances are, you're not cocky :]

I think I'm attractive, but I'm certianly not cocky. It's good to have a high self esteem and good self-confidence.
