I have these bumps on my legs (randomely, I don't think they're shaving bumps). They're kinda pimply...? No whiteheads or anything and if I squeeze it nothing comes out. I don't think they are ingrown hairs either.

They don't hurt/itch or anything, so is this worth going to the dermatologist for? They just kinda bother me because my skin isn't smooth, ya know?

They seem to disappear weekly but I get new ones weekly in different places, regardless whether I shave or not.

well, do they itch? hurt? sting?

if not then ignore it. If it seems to get worse or more frequent then get it checked out.

I am always tired. I mean, ALWAYS. I can sleep for 9 hours and wake up tired, but I can also sleep for up to 12 hours and still be tired. No matter how long I sleep I'm always exhausted. It's really causing problems because I can't concentrate. This has been going on for a few months now. I thought I was just tired, but it hasn't gone away. I was just wondering if anyone knew any reasons why this might be. Any possible explinations would be appreciated.

I knew this other kid who had the same problem. He said he slept alot and was stil really tired. So he went home and slept less. It turned out that that was it. He was getting too much sleep. So you can easily fix that. Try it.

i wear contacts and i've been wearing them for about 2 years. recently, they've been getting really messed up and irritated. I think its from my make-up because when i take them out to wash them, i might see a brown spot (make up?). if there's no dirt in it, i put it back in and it still is irritated. I have disposable contacts but lately i've been throwing out a lot of contacts. 1 case is supposed to last 2 weeks but for me its only been like 1. I'm planning on going shopping soon for new makeup because i think my current makeup is old. (i bought the makeup a little over a year ago)

is makeup the problem or do i need a new brand of contacts?

it could be both. try switching make up and you will find out for sure. but can also buy lens cleaner that removed calcium and stuff. that helps too. if it continues on then just give a call to your eye doctor, she will recommed what ever is right.

I currently use Acuve Advance with hyrdoclear for brands of contacts. But whenever i wear them for over 5 or so hours they get really dry and foggy. I hate taking them out, rewetting them and putting them back in, or even putting drops in my eyes. what brands are really good so that they stay moisterized for a long time?

contacts have an option. when you go to the eye doctor tell them you need contacts that will stay moist (say enough so you can nap in them, those are good). it doesn't matter on the brand, they all have an option like this which the eye doctor then can give you better contacts. i don't know exactly what the term is for them but i told my eye doctor that they got really dry and she knew what to do. know it is soo much better and i can wear them all day.

well i am going into high school next year and i really want to figure out what i plan to go with my life.
I will tell you somethings that I enjoy and please give sugguestions about what my carreer options can be,

in high school you will be able to take career assesment tests. they are tests where based on your interests they give you careers. you can try finding tests like that online. try to take that.
plus, in high school you will get the chance to pick various electives and your coounsler will help you to get there.

Hey,
To begin with, I have an alright school, its not the school its more the people in it. I'm not a negative person, but I have no friends in my school. You either have to be a prep to fit in, a sports person to fit, etc. You basically have to be a certain "thing" to fit into any group. I don't fit in here. So I plan to, at the end of this school year to move away. The only thing then is that if I move, what if I don't make any friends? I'm not REAlly worried, but I'm just thinking 'what if it's no better away from here?' everyone always says "there's more out there"... What do you think?

the thing is that you actually don't know and neither does anyone else because its the future. It is a risk you have to be willing to take and thats what life is. but one thing i will say is that if you put in effort towards making friends then you will. you have to be willing to try. just make the best of that situation. good luck.

5'5 160lbs.

I have pretty big arms. But they do have a lot of muscle. My problem is, they don't look good in sleeveless shirts because when my arms aren't flexed, they look big. Is there a way for me to make my arms look smaller? Same goes for my thighs. I'm a dancer. And I have pretty awesome kicks. So I have a LOT of muscle. Is there anyway to make my thighs and arms smaller?

i think you should think about why he started that break. the reason behind it. and if you do not find a reason i would tell you to yes break up with him. :)

I'm 15, and my bestfriend is turning 15 next month. I've decided to make her a cute little book from this company that will publish it for me to make it look liek a real book. I'm bascily writing the story of how we became friends and how we're still friends since grade schoool. What I wanted to know was what would be a cute title for this book? Well I was walking home from school one day and out in the middle of the street I found a PSP! It wasn't a neighborhood kind of street and I saw no one around so it must of been there for quite a while. So I guess the finders-keepers rules kinda applies lol. Anyways I have no idea how to work this thing. Anyone know a site with a manual? Also at school I've heard like you can do some kind of hack with the PSP and it's like all over youtube.com. What kind of hacks in particular? Like free internet ones? I'm interested in doing some hacking on it too so hacking PSP sites will be highly obliged. ^_^

i have 3 stitches in my mouth from my mouth surgery , my apicoectomy, which i had about 3 days ago. when should the stitches most likely dissolve, how will i know when they're gone, and is there anything i can do to help them dissolve faster? i know its bad to lift my lip, and to feel the area, but how will i know when they are gone? the dentist probably told me, but i was all drugged up so i dont remember haha. thanks!

they will disappear in time when your lip will heal. so it all depends. you can't really tell when they dissolve but ignore it and youo will notice that one day they are gone. you can always call your dentist and ask him. he can tell you exactly and wont mind answering your question.

I was wondering what college level (freshmen, sophomore, junior, senior, other, etc) should someone go?
Because I'm starting as a freshmen starting from Summer 07 and I'm just 16 so it would be really difficult for me to go anywhere since I'm underage. & I know this is a stupid question but how do you apply as an exchange student? Or is it the same as if you were a resident of that country? Can I get a scholorship? Would it have to be from (insert)country or would I have to find an American program which gives scholorships to people studying aborad? Wait..is there even such a thing unsure.gif I personally don't know anyone who has done this, and I have no information of this at all so thanks for putting up with me >___________

yes, i think especially in college you will have to be 18 to go abroad. but talk to the people incharge. explain your siuation and why you want to go. they would be the best ones to go to to answer your question. and they will help you all they can.

ok so it is almost the end of my freshmen year in highschoool and i basically have only two friends about a month ago it wasnt like that.. me and my freinds got in a huge fight and now we are basically not friends anymore. i am now freinds with these two girls i love to death the fight wouldnt have been such a big deal if i had other friends to fall back on but i spent most of this year not trying to make new friends but sticking with the ones i had so my question is next year do you think i will be able to make alot of new friends or do u think everyone will already have there own groups i feel like its useless to try to make friends this year because i hate people in my classses and the year is almost over ? do u think i caan start again fresh next year?

yes, theres always a time to make new friends. i have moved going into fresman year and again goin to junior year and i have a bunch of friends. sure its hard because everyone it grouped together but lots of good, nice people are inviting towards new friends. just talk to lots of people, be nice, help them when you can, talk to them and you will make friends quickly :)
