I have these bumps on my legs (randomely, I don't think they're shaving bumps). They're kinda pimply...? No whiteheads or anything and if I squeeze it nothing comes out. I don't think they are ingrown hairs either.
They don't hurt/itch or anything, so is this worth going to the dermatologist for? They just kinda bother me because my skin isn't smooth, ya know?
They seem to disappear weekly but I get new ones weekly in different places, regardless whether I shave or not.

if not then ignore it. If it seems to get worse or more frequent then get it checked out. ]
I agree with the above, but I found that scrubbing well with a loufa will get rid of the bumps and using a natural lotion helps too. ]
Yea that is worth going to the dermatologist. none of us are doctors and one of us will tell you one thing and somebody else will tell you another, the best thing to do is to go let him tell you. But it probably isnt anything dangerous. ]
