im not sure if i have one.. ive got a gut kinda.. not so much that it rolls over my pants but its still a gut. and i was wondering... whats the best way to get rid of it?

The best way to get rid of it is from doing cardiovascular exercise. Crunches and sit-ups will tone your stomach, but you will NEVER see the muscles unless you lost the excess fat first.
