These days everyone has a label and I`m pretty used to it. I dont have that many friends that are punks because I`m a prep but I`ll try to help you out as much as I can. I think if you both like each other that you should go out because why wait .. you might not feel the same way about her later on. Ask her out and your friends shouldnt hate you because of that. You guys should be able to do whatever you want and date who ever you want so you need to tell them that. They should respect you in your decisions. If they dont like it then I guess thats just 1 more problem they gotta worry about. I think you and her should do whatever you guys want and whatever you think is best for ya!!
