Well what do you think he is lying about? Did he tell you that dinosaurs still roam the Earth, or that aliens are controlling his mother's brain? Or is he just telling you that you are beautiful, and you don't believe him because you have low self esteem? Or do you think he is cheating on you?
If it is the first one, use a magic truth stone. Just hold it while he is talking to you, and if he is lying, it will slightly burn your hand or he will have a glowing aura around him. It depends on which brand you are using.
If it is the second one, he's not lying! He wouldn't tell you you are beautiful if he didn't think it was the truth!
If it is the third one, study his behavior. When you are on the phone with him does he seem like he doesn't want to talk? And does he never seem to have time for you, even on special days like Valentine's day and Beltane? If someone has seen him cheating on you, they will probably tell you.

You need to talk to your boyfriend and ask him why he is lying to you. If he doesn't give you a truthful answer and continues to lie to you, you should probably take a break from him because you shouldn't be lied to by your boyfriend.
