so at my school if you dont live in greystone {The rich part} or wear abercrombi (which i think is pointless to pay 80 bucks for prefaded and pre riped jeans)any way if you arent privledged then ure pretty much the scum of the earth.All the punks have spiked or really long hair and wear black shirts and riped jeans. all the preps wear collerd shirts and north face jakets. any way they label the rich kids preps and the middle class to lower class punks. So punks hang out with punks and preps with preps but, this prep likes me and i like her and every one knows so we are both hated by our own soacial clases. so what should we do

If you really like her and if she likes you, than that's what matters and nothing else. Who cares if she is a "prep" and you are a "punk"; if people talk, ignore them. No one has to follow the rules of dating their own "kind" and if you want to go out with this girl, then go out with her. Labels are only for soup cans and you just need to ignore these ones at your school. If everyone doesn't agree about this, then just ignore them, that's all.

These days everyone has a label and I`m pretty used to it. I dont have that many friends that are punks because I`m a prep but I`ll try to help you out as much as I can. I think if you both like each other that you should go out because why wait .. you might not feel the same way about her later on. Ask her out and your friends shouldnt hate you because of that. You guys should be able to do whatever you want and date who ever you want so you need to tell them that. They should respect you in your decisions. If they dont like it then I guess thats just 1 more problem they gotta worry about. I think you and her should do whatever you guys want and whatever you think is best for ya!! i think that you should act like the classes aren;t there. it's dumb to be seperated like that. Set the example that what u wear doesn't matter about who you are and stir things up. See if she feels the same way and act on it! Good luck!

do what you want to do, not what your friends want you to do. if you like her, hell, go out with her. and if people give you grief about it just say "hey, i'm a human just like you. we both wipe our own butt when we shit and i don't see why you are such a better person than we are." achem, not those exact words to that extent, but you get the picture. But don't be too cocky about it because if you break up and you were really bad to them while you were going out, they're not going to treat you any better. just be confident (but not cocky)in yourself and do what you want to do. it's better to regret something you did do, rather than spend half your life playing the 'what-if' game. so go out there and have some fun!I hope it all works out well!
