Dude.. why not message him and tell him that his dad is your dentist??? That's awesome!! I'd jump at a chance to start a conversation off like that!! oh my gosh, of course it's okay to call guys!! A relationship should be 50-50, and personally, I could NEVER have a relationship where he didn't call me!! And as far as what to talk about? I don't know.. talk about your day.. interesting topics. You should be able to feel confident and comfortable around your boyfriend, so you shouldn't have to worrie about looking stupid in front of him. Just tell him NO! Don't worry about hurting his feelings. HE should be the one concerned with hurting YOUR feelings. It's not right for him or anyone else to pressure you into something you don't feel comfortable taking part in. Sex is a big responisiblity. It's a huge commitment from both partners. No, you can't "throw it away over 1 mistake" -- that's not right. People learn by trial and error, maybe she's learned a lesson. That WAS a pretty rotten thing for her to do.. leaving her own party.
