Some people are like that. It's really sad when inconsiderate jerks take advantage of overly kind people. Maybe someday someone will do something to extreme and she will learn to put her foot down. Maybe you could try talking to her about it.

She probably just wants to be nice to people because she probably had a bad experience with someone in a fight before. Talk to her, even stand up for her whenever someone is walking all over her.

In most cases it is good too be nice but in this case she shouldnt let ppl walk over her because i mean that shows that you have no respect for yourself and anyways maybe she just wants friends ( the wrong ones )

geez,okay well maybe she's happy with the way she is right now. Tell her how you're feelin about that, but dont try to force her to change. She'll eventually figure it out, be a lil more "Mean"
